Consciousness is permanent, am ever present and only the three states changes.

The soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is permanent, is   ever present and only the three states changes. There are no two self.  The permanent ‘self is consciousness. And the ego is the false self(waking entity)  within the false experience (waking). The way to self-realization is soul-centric  reasoning.

Consciousness is ever-present, like the screen on which all three states moves like cinematographic pictures e. While the pictures appear on it, it remains invisible. Stop the pictures, and the screen, which has all along been present, in fact the only object that has existed throughout, will become clear.

All these universes, humans, objects, thoughts and events are merely part of the waking  or dream.  Waking or dream moving like pictures on the screen of consciousness(soul) , which alone is real.

The soul is the formless substance and witness of the three states. If the formless witness witnesses the waking experience and its attention is fixed to the waking experience than the waking experience is experienced as reality. If the formless witness witnesses the dream and its attention is fixed to the dream than   the dream is experienced as reality. If the attention of the soul is on itself than it is called deep sleep in waking experience, which is the states of ignorance. If the soul consciously remains in its formless non-dual true nature in the midst of waking experience through wisdom it is called self-awareness.

The three states are an object to the formless soul, is the subject.  The three states are state of ignorance. In all the three states the soul, the innermost self is in ignorance of its own formless non-dual true nature.   This forgetfulness is cause of the ignorance. Ignorance is cause of experiencing the three states as reality. The three states are cause of experiencing the individuality as reality.  Individuality is cause of experiencing the birth, life, death and the world as reality.  The three states are one in essence. In the realm of truth the three states are non-existent. In self-awareness, the three states are non-existent because they are one in essence.

Waking and dream pass away, but the formless  soul  remains ever. The Seeker must distinguish between the ‘soul(formless) , and the ego (form). Mind (universe  merely an object to the soul. the formless soul  is the subject, which witnesses the ‘I’(waking or dream).

One is born, lives sleeps, wakes up, eats and thinks, dies within the universe(waking or dream). But the soul  the true self is eternal existence, free from ignorance and illusion.

If one thinks ‘I’ as self,  he  remains with thoughts and experience of the world, but when one holds the soul as self , the  mind(universe)  is mere illusion.

The Soul, which is in the form of consciousness is the witness of the appearance and disappearance of the ‘I’(mind or universe or duality). Duality is like a cinema-show. the soul is the witness and also the witnessed because the witness and witnessed are one in essence.

When there is no duality only the soul or consciousness prevails as ultimate truth or Brahman. The ignorance disappears in the light of the Supreme consciousness.
