Ego implies duality

Ego implies duality. There is only one ego, which is physical based. Yogic bliss is based on ego. Since yogi experiences bliss  as a person. But in spiritual sense, the bliss is non dual nature of the self. For illustration  the nature of the soul or consciousness, the innermost self  is like deep sleep. Deep sleep is unconscious bliss, where, the mind or duality is absent. When the mind consciously enters its non dual nature  in the midst of duality, through wisdom, it is  non-dual self-awareness. The ultimate reality or Brahman.

The yogic bliss is impermanent, as soon as yogi comes out Samadhi he is again in the clutches of duality. But the spiritual bliss is eternal, because it is based on the soul, the innermost  self. The author of the yogic bliss is ego. The author of the spiritual bliss is the formless soul or consciousness, the innermost self  .

Yogic bliss is part of the duality, for even if it did last all day, it disappears in  deep   sleep.  The soul, the innermost  self, was present before and after the Yogi enters yogic Samadhi. When he says or thinks anything, the soul or consciousness, the innermost self  is there first. It is always there whether he has got duality or not. Hence  yogic Samadhi cannot  produce non dual wisdom.

When self is not the body it is erroneous to seek truth on the base of body or 'I' as self.

The essence of Vedas the mother of all the scriptures declare that DEHUM-NAHAM-KOHUM-SOHUM, which means SELF IS NOT THE BODY - SELF IS THAT, when self is not the body it is erroneous to seek truth on the base of body or 'I' as self.

One has to know the Vedas in pure form which has been mixed and messed up in time. For that one has to go through Great Vedic Master, Swami, Dayanada Saraswti of Arya Samaja who has bifurcated what is not in Vedas in his book Satyarth Prakshana. Thus it is necessary to bifurcate Veads from all additions then only one will be able to speak of what really they are.

Since everyone is sentimentally and emotionally involved with Vedas and religion we never go to check the pure essence. Vedas are mostly code of conduct how the human being has to live and behave and judge for himself what is wrong and right. But truth lies beyond Vedas. One has to do his own home work. Therefore to know the self it is not possible through Vedas.

The pure Advith Vedanta is nothing to do with religion, concept of god and scriptures. That is why the Upanishads says religion, scriptures and god glorification and yoga are not the means to self realization. Therefore, Buddha rejected Vedas, concept of god and religion. there is no end in arguing who is correct and who is wrong. A well directed inquiry and reasoning on the true base will help the seeker to realize the self in lesser time and effort.

Therefore it is better to do our own home work without religion and god glorification scriptural studies TO DISCOVER AND REALIZE WHAT IS SELF.

These three states deceive, the people fail to look beyond them to its source, which is real, supreme and imperishable.

The soul/consciousness  is the true self . The true self is the source of the the three states . These three states  deceive, the people fail to look beyond them to its source, which is real,  supreme and imperishable.

The three states are mere mirage/illusion. It is  difficult to overcome the illusion  without the wisdom. But one can  cross over this illusion  , by realizing and   becoming  aware of the fact that, the self is not physical but it is consciousness. People  are deluded by illusion; immersed in the illusion experiencing it as reality. They are ignorant because they think the self is physical and birth, life, death and world  as reality . Having lost all discrimination, they follow the way of their physical  nature.

When ignorance vanishes through wisdom then only it is possible to  negate the illusion, the mortal becomes immortal. When all the physical  shackles  that strangle the self  are loosened, the mortal becomes immortal, here in this very life.

In ultimate understanding : Nothing has actually been created. All that appears is mere mirage. Everything is consciousness and nothing can be apart of it.  No second thing exists other then consciousness.  Neither the man nor the world , which contains all the objects are reality on the standpoint of the consciousness as self.
