Acquiring this perfect knowledge is the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Let it carefully noted that the yogic Samadhi is nothing but long trance, is not wisdom or self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Although the mind becomes still for some time, people generally over estimate their feeling and sensation and a yogic Samadhi invariably supposed to be self-realization. The yogic Samadhi is a temporary state; as soon as one comes out of it one becomes aware of the duality and remains again in the grip of ignorance. Thus the yogic Samadhi will not eradicate the ignorance. Eradication of ignorance is very much necessary to get non-dual wisdom.  It is quite possible for the seeker, to get, off and on the state of Samadhi which is practiced on the false entity is nothing whatsoever to do with the self –realization.  The yogic Samadhi can never advance the seeker, just as rest can never accomplish any work.

The yogic Samadhi is can be experienced by the physical entity, thus it can never take one beyond the experience of duality.  The self realization is beyond the experience of diversity, and is only gained by those who are in the pursuit of truth through inquiry, analysis and reasoning on the true base. That is who have transcended the limits of the experience of duality or mind. Thus it is only in the realm of the self that the mind becomes one with the self.

The moment the wisdom is gained, the ignorance vanishes forever and never returns at any circumstances and the ego is replaced by the true self or Ataman, and view and judge the worldview on the base of the true base. For such a mind the experience of duality is mere mirage. And one is fully aware of the fact that the there is neither creation nor creator but only non-dual existence even in the middle of the experience of diversity, which is mere mirage.

The term self-realization is glibly used by many people. The dictionary meaning of realization is understanding, and so even the religionists, yogis and theorists talk of realized the self though they are spiritually nonentities, since they are based on the false self.

As a matter of fact self realization means actual union with the truth.  Those who say it is easy to get realization through religion, yoga and path and practices are hopelessly ignorant and pitiably stupid. Seeker ahs to no basics and at least some idea of what spirituality is, and of the union with the nature of the self implies.

What is meant by self knowledge? Certainly it is not nothingness; hence it cannot be non duality. Self knowledge is the end of the intellectual knowledge based on the false self, and viewing and judging the worldview on the base of formless true self. The moment the self knowledge is acquired, the process of the ego based knowledge starts dropping real self said to be attained.

It is, as it were, the turning of the unawareness of reality into awareness of reality, the state of the non-dual self, were duality is mere mirage in the midst of the experience of diversity. What is meant by wisdom is to know what truth is, and what is not truth? and viewing and judging everything on the base of the non-dual truth. The perfection of knowing the truth and basing and judging everything on the standpoint of the truth is non-dual wisdom.

There is nothing higher then the non-dual true self, the state of perfect awareness of the truth of its formless non-dual true nature. Other then the formless non-dual true self, the whole experience of diversity, remains as unreal in existence.  And the whole experience of diversity(mind or waking or dream) remains do not exist as reality for the mind which becomes aware of its formless non-dual true nature, and it becomes spirituality perfect. There is unity between the invisible substance and the witness of the experience of diversity and this state of oneness is beyond the realm of thought and imagination.

The knowledge knower and known are found to be of one and the same in their essence. The reality of the duality dissolves away like snow before the sun.

For the realized mind within the experience of diversity the connection between the experience and experincer apparently existing, but it is fully aware of the fact that it does not exist in reality. Only in the experience of duality one will be able to have the self knowledge. But in reality the experience of diversity is mere mirage, nothing exists other then the true self.

Realization of the self knowledge brings about the restoration of the true base of existence, and eradication of ignorance, without interfering with life within the experience of diversity. The whole burden of the experience of diversity is shifted on the true base, thus one becomes free from the egocentric outlook.

Those who think they are individual and separate form the world, and those who think the world exists  prior to them and they are born in it afterwards have  to cross all the physical shackles and the intoxication of duality, to reach and realize the truth.

Only through inquiry and reasoning the seeker gets mentally the glimpse of truth. When the seeker advances as far as the mental sphere, he becomes aware of the fact that the ‘I’ is not the self but the whole experience of duality. And the ‘I’ which appears and disappears as waking and dream is mind. And limiting the mind (I) to the physical entity is cause of the ignorance.  The invisible substance which is sprit is the true self and that invisible substance itself is itself is the witness of the ‘I’ which appear and disappears as Waking and dream.

Searching and knowing the truth intellectually is one aspect and realizing the truth is different aspect. In mental sphere the pilgrim is not free and perfect, yet he has to constantly reflect on the nature of the self to free from the grip of the experience of duality.

It is not possible for the yogi and religionists or theorists to go beyond the mental sphere, but those who are in the path of inquiry and reasoning advances beyond the realm of experience of duality. And when the mind become one with the substance, the self becomes free from the false entity which is ‘I’ with in the false experience.  The seeking mind becomes free and gains the knowledge of the true self. Acquiring this perfect knowledge is the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
