Through soul-centric reasoning one can acquire the Self –knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana in lesser time and effort

There is no need to condemn scriptural authorities, and argue I am right or you are wrong.  There is no need to challenging anyone’s scriptural mastery. But one has to realize the fact that, the scriptural mastery is not wisdom.   Non-dualistic or Advaitic  truth cannot be proved and realized on the base of scriptures.

Ashtavakra says: scriptural knowledge and yoga are not the means to acquire self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.  Ramana Maharishi was realized the truth without any scriptures. Buddha rejected religion, scriptures and concept of God after he found them useless to acquire the truth after thoroughly verifying their validity.  And as one goes into deeper research on Advaita he finds the fact that, Advaita is nothing to do with Vedas and orthodoxy.

The  Advaitic orthodoxy  which indulges in non- Vedic rituals and activities barred by Vedas is modified an introduced by the dual and non- dualistic sages  to uplift the Santana Dharma, which was in ruins in the clutches of Buddhism and Jainism.  this modified religion is present day Hinduism . Hinduism is  not a religion but it filled with different case, creed and beliefs. thus the Vedic religion is not in existence. The Advaitic  orthodoxy  is path of ignorance because they hold the birth, life, death and the world as reality whereas the Sage Sri, Sankara declares the world is unreal. thus the Advaitic orthodoxy is not the path of wisdom.

Sage Sri Sankara –VC-‎"As layers of clouds generated by the sun's rays cover the sun and alone appear(in the sky), so egoism generated by the Self, covers the reality of the Self and appears by itself."

Sage Sri Sankara –VC--"All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman which is absolutely free from all the limitations of human thought

"It is this Supreme Oneness which alone is real, since there is nothing else but the Self. Verily, there remains no other independent entity in the state of realization of the highest Truth."

People believe that teacher or mystic or priest has got so many followers and therefore there must be some truth in their teaching, is a common fallacy accepted by the mass due to their inherited conditioning. It proves only an ignorant can find a number of greater ignorant to follow him.

The path of wisdom is based on the soul, the innermost self.  Sage  Sri, Sankara and  Sage Sri, Goudpada kept their supreme state of steady wisdom a secret. it is for the seeker to indulge deeper self search and unfold the mystery of the mind, which is present in the form universe.

Sage Sri, Sankara says :- VC-63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman ? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

65. As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

As one goes deeper in research one becomes aware of the fact that Advaita is extension of Buddhism.  There was no Advaita in the Vedic religion/Santana Dharma prior to  Sage Sri, Sankara that is prior to 8th Century.   As one goes deeper in research one finds even the original non-dual teaching of Buddha has been lost in time and present teaching is mixed and messed with the local and regional religions wherever it existed.  But still we find the traces of Sri, Sankara’s and Buddha’s spiritual insights in some of the scriptures.

Therefore, it is necessary to for the seeker of truth to inquire on his own and realize the non-dualistic  truth without any scriptures in this very life time, and make sure of Sage  Sri.Sankara‘s declaration world is myth and Brahman alone is real.

Thus by quoting one authority from one scripture, and another authority from another scripture, and trying to prove and realize the truth is like, trying to drain the ocean drop by drop.
As Sri, Ramana Maharishi said: scriptural knowledge is conceptual divisions invented by teachers of philosophy by their excessive analysis. Where do all these concepts end? Why should confusion created and then explained away? Fortunate is the man who does not lose himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, but goes straight to the source from which they all arise.

When Ramana Maharishi indicated the direct path to the truth, is the source from which the false arises. Thus the source is the soul or Atman, which is the true self. Atman itself is Brahman.  Thus it is necessary to view the worldview on the base of the source, which the true self. the Atman ,which is present in the form of consciousness  is  formless substance and witness of the universe, which appears in the form of waking or dream. Through soul-centric reasoning one can acquire the Self –knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana  in lesser time and effort.  The unity in diversity is possible only through self-knowledge oBrahma Gnana or Atma Gnana not by mastering the scriptural knowledge.

There is no other entrance other than except Gnana.  The ignorance will vanish only when the non-dualistic or Advaitic  wisdom dawns. Detachment to attachment is impossible without wisdom. Only when one realizes the fact that, the self is not form but self is formless, than only it is possible to detach the ‘self’ from the false attachment.

That is why  Sage  Sri Sankara, in Bhaja Govindam says: - [Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena] - One without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Thus it proves that wisdom is universal irrespective of any religion of faith one belongs.  Thus religion is not the means to self-knowledge.  Thus Sri, Sankara’s Advaita minus orthodoxy is true Advaita.
