There is a need to unfold the mystery of man’s existence, then only it is possible accept the god’s existence.

Swami Virjanand :- Hinduism  is The world's oldest dogma. "Is it possible that any moral man can tolerate the supremely disgusting and insufferable stuff to be found, for instance, in the Linga Purana? The feats of the Linga, though heroic (!) indeed, are a record of shame and a tale of utter indecency and, obscenity. Do such books teach religion? If the reply be in the affirmative, then I say that they teach religions which can only debase the people."  Source – Wikibook

One will find lots of information about the Vedas in Maharishi Dayananda who was an authority on Vedas in his book SATYARATH PRAKASH is a yardstick to bifurcate Vedic from non Vedic add-ons.

Superstitions in the form of religion became deep rooted in Indian society. This had a prejudicial and adverse effect on Indian society. Idol worship gave rise to temples, which had the vested interests of the priests. The priests dominated the ideas of the masses and exploitation became rampant.

Lord Shiva has the figure of a beautiful youth with serpents around his neck and a crescent on his head. His son Ganesha has the body of man but the head of an elephant and he rides a rat. Brahma, the creator, has four faces. Lord Vishnu is shown as relaxing on the surface of waters. Goddess Sarasvati is a charming young lady with fore hands playing the Veena, and Lord Sesa has the form of a serpent.

When the people were completely brought under subjection, knowledge, intellectual power, courage, and all other good qualities were lost. They became very negligent in their duty, and immersed in sensuality thus started the many sects of Hinduism in its most sensual forms. A few of these sects still exist, such as Jainism, where the priests practice their doctrine in complete nudity, and Shivling, worship of the Penis and Vagina of Lord Shiva and his wife Parvati respectively.

The concept of non-violence started and practiced by Jains became the foundation on which Hinduism was built also. In reality this brand of ideology reduced them to that of cowardice resulting in India's constant subjugation by foreign forces.

"Many Hindus believe that all their sins are washed away by having a dip in the holy water of the Ganges. Thus it is seen that the great philosophical religion which conceived Unity of God in the beginning, brought up corruption and degradation of high ideas, when His attributes as the Creator, the Preserver and the Destroyer were divided and allotted to different deities possessing separate entities in different forms.

Indians have, through ignorance, fallen into the abyss of superstitions and idol worship; the source of all other religious dogmas.

There are many forms of deity worship, practiced by many denominations and which consists of their numerous gods which took many forms; human (male and female) and animal (Elephants, monkeys, snakes, rats, etc.). Each form is said to represent the different attributes, characteristics and nature of One God. The largest denominations consist of the Jains, Charvaka, Vama Marga, Puranics, Krishna Consciousness and Vedanta.

Hindus perceived that heaven as very simple to achieve through devotion; e.g. taking a dip in the Ganges (in this way many animals can go too), renouncing all material wealth at old age, and going on Holy pilgrimage. Many believe salvation can be gained from a priest through formulas and rituals and not necessarily through austerity. The heaven of the different sects of Hinduism differs in many respects.

The Jains believe their heaven consists of going to Shivpuri and sitting there quietly on a platform called the stone of salvation. The religion of the Vama Margis flourished in the eighteen century and their heaven is going to Shripur. Amazingly, what would be deemed sudden hell for us now, was the criteria for their heavenly abode. Their salvation consisted of consuming meat and alcohol, listening and singing romantic songs and enjoying promiscuous sex with women who could even be their mothers or sisters.

They look upon all men as Mahadeva or Vishnu (Gods), and all women as Parvati or Lakshmi (Goddesses) and enjoy themselves with one another. They maintain that there is no disease in heaven and that you will always remain young. When the ignorant are guided by such sensual enjoyment to salvation is it any wonder why so many are attracted to it?
The Shivites, Vaishnavites, and the Gosaaeens are promised enjoyable life by means of beautiful wives with pretty dresses. The dwelling consisted of luxurious houses and dining in delicious food and drinks.
The Puranics believe in many kinds of salvation. They find residence in the same world with God, living with Him as His younger brother and becoming Godlike in nature. The closeness to God is like a servant living near his master brings an intimate union with God.

This particular sect of Hinduism is surrounded with mythologies. But it does not bother the faithful in any conceivable way as they stress devotion and not reasoning. To a Hindu, the chanting or listening to chants of mantras of the Puranas, Ramayan and Gita, accompanied by music is devotion enough. For him, there is no need to enter into an intellectual debate with logic.

The mythologies of the Puranas (one of Hindu's sacred scripture) is mystically intriguing and to dispute such myth is considered "blasphemy." Many of their incarnations and saints were not born but created one after the other out of thin air. Anjani was impregnated by seminal fluid poured into her ears. She gave birth to Hanoman, their monkey-God who swallowed the sun at one time; and a bull, standing on a turtle supports the earth. There are many such myths present in the Hindu theology.

The sacred book, the Bhagvat, gives the story of creation as a lotus sprung from the navel of Vishnu (God of sustenance) and Brahma (Creator) out of the lotus. Swayambhava (One who is self-existent) came out of the right big toe of Brahma's right foot. The queen Satyrupa came out of his left great toe. From his forehead were born ten sons such as Rudra and Marichi who begot ten Prajapatis whose thirteen daughters were married to Kashyapa.

Out of these thirteen wives of Dashyapa, Diti gave birth to fiends, Danu to demons, Aditi to the sun, Vinata to Birds and Dadru to snakes. Sharma gave birth to dogs and jackals, and others to elephants, horses, donkeys, buffaloes, grass, straw and trees, etc.

In this modern age is there anyone who really believe such nonsense from the idiotic authors of the Bhagvat. This was the backwardness of the masses, when true knowledge died. The cunning imbeciles took advantage of this scenario to enhance their own greedy life styles. This pattern of greed and ignorance became the stigma of future dogmas to come.
In the Markandeya Purana, the section devoted to the goddess Durga, it is stated that out of the bodies of the gods came forth light. This light formed a goddess who killed a demon called Mahishasura or Raktabija. A drop of blood fell from his body and many demons were produced to fill the whole world.

In the second chapter of the Shrimad Bhagavat, Narayana blesses Brahma saying,"Thou shalt never be a victim to infatuation, either during Creation or Dissolution." In the tenth chapter, it says Brahma stole calves through infatuation. When this book teaches that there is no love, hate, anger, jealousy or pain in heaven (Baikuntha), why did Sanaka and others become angry at the gate of heaven? It is simple logic that if anger was there it was certainly no heaven.

In the Bhagavat, Hiranyaksha folded the earth and made a pillow of it which he placed under his head and went to sleep. Vishnu incarnated himself as a boar, and caught hold of the earth from under his head. This woke him. A battle began and Hiranyaksha was killed. When Hiranyaksha rolled up the earth into a pillow, and placed it under his head, what did he sleep on and what did the boar walk on to engage him in battle? There was no end to irrationalities, as the Puranas and other such books, were put together by these misguided infidels.

Prahlada, the son of Hiranyaksha was a great devotee of Narayana. When his father sent him to school he would ask his teachers to write the word Ram (another Hindu God), his father's enemy, on his slate and it would infuriate his father. He simply would not obey his father who had him tied up and pushed from the top of a mountain into a well. He remained unhurt.

The father's second attempt to punish him faired no better, by embracing a red-hot iron pillar, daring his God, Rama to save him. Prahlada had doubts, but Narayana (a God) made rows of ants to crawl on the pillar as a protector from the heat.

The pillar then burst and a lion came out of it and ripped open his father's abdomen. It then began to lick Prahlada lovingly and ask him to make a wish. He then requested his father to be saved and the lion blessed him saying that twenty-one of his forefathers have been saved. How on earth can these things be true? It is beyond comprehension that people in this day and age believe and accept such ridiculous stories.

Another story of the Bhagvat was about Ajamil who named his son Narayana at the sage Narada's advice. When he was dying, he shouted for his son (by name) and in came Narayan (the God) instead of his son. Since Narayana was supposed to be God he should have known that Ajamil was calling for his son. If calling the name of the Lord is such a meritorious act as evidenced by the above story, why does Narayana not come now and relieve those who call his name of pain and misery?

The dimension of the Sumeru mountain given in the Bhagvat Puran differs a great deal with the teaching of the Science of Astronomy. Oceans were caused by the tracks of the wheels of King Priyabrata's carriage. The earth was 2,450,000, 000 miles in diameter. There are countless numbers of such absurdities in all the Hindu Puranas.

In a land where ignorance has no bounds, even a rogue with a few of followers can be called a saint. This happened all over India in the past centuries and is still prevailing in our supposedly modern world where sciences and logic have rightly disputed these irrationalities. Many of these swindlers like Prabhupada, Rajnishi and Sai Baba were able to make their cult known in a gullible Western society where they amassed great fortunes.

To do good to the world is to enlighten mankind and bring them out of pain and miseries, rather than leaving them to the grace of God. It is only through the wisdom of God, that man can understand his mistakes. It is imperative to disseminate the Vedic knowledge and assist in liberating souls and at the same time elevate your own soul.

Undoubtedly, India can boast or pride herself in being the most secular nation in the whole world. Refugees of religious persecution in all religions including Charvaka Christians, Jews, Zoroastrians, Muslims and Buddhists all took refuge in India. Throughout the ages, religious tolerance has become a universal message. There are thousands or perhaps millions of temples, churches and mosques, an exploitation no other nation in the world can surpass.

Almost a billion people engage in some form of spiritual worship. This takes place in temples, mosques, synagogues and churches, homes, factories, along riverbanks, in forest or mountains, streets, in trains, buses, wherever they may be. One can easily relate to such profound symbolatry as truly a divine paradise for the seekers of spirituality. But strangely and unfortunately, it was not meant to be so.

The prevailing conditions of India have cleared the oppugnancies that all religious dogmas do lead ultimately to Salvation. The practices of these doctrines have definitely proved that destitution is a languishing pain for the poor, and happiness, a distant dream for the privileged. The diminished glorious ages of India, once the cradle of civilization, where only one people worshipped one God, is long gone.

Looking at all these facts there is a need to bifurcate whatever is not Vedic to know the pure Vedic essence which is mixed in the sea of mythology, superstitions and dogmas.  No god can exit without man. Man has to exist first for god to exist. Thus god is dependent on man’s existence.   Therefore, there is a need to unfold the mystery of man’s existence, and then only it is possible accept the god’s existence.

It looks like the idea of god is adopted from Abrahamic religion and introduced with mythological base.  There is no use of arguing with anyone with all these facts because all these things make one believe the illusion[universe]  as reality.  The main goal of the truth seeker is to acquire self-knowledge.

If one mentally dismantles the belief system and accepts the truth derived from this mental journey of reason bring joy to those who dare.

The real difference between the Gnani and ignorant in their attitude to suffering or pleasure is to be found in the Gnani’s serenity which remains unruffled in the face pain and pleasure.

A Gnani is fully aware and has a conviction that the pain and pleasure is part of the mirage.  Thus the experience of pain and pleasure is passing show and the formless witness, which is the soul alone, is real.

All the practice, penance, worships are part of the mirage, which is external.  The truth pursuit is a mental journey and it alone leads towards the Self-Realization.  People who are stuck with religion, god glorification and yoga will be not fit for the mental journey towards reality.

There is no use of running from one ashram to another in search of truth.  The seeker of truth will find the truth wherever he is because he is fully aware of the fact that, his journey towards reality is internal not external.   The seeker will gradually reach his non- dual destination if he is sincere and serious in his pursuit of truth.

Seeker has to realize the fact that, there is only One "Self "which is in the form of Spirit or consciousness, and it  is the author of the three states.  Thus the physical self and its experience of the world are mere mirage on the standpoint of the true self, which is the spirit/soul.

Soul/Self is beyond description, immanent, transcendent, eternal, formless, infinite, and it is substance and witness of the three states. If one mentally dismantles the belief system  and accepts the truth derived from this mental journey of reason bring joy to those who dare.

Doubting the existence of god and trying to know the truth is the starting point of the pursuit of truth.

Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear." --Thomas Jefferson

Religionists say doubt is a precipice on the way to God. But doubting the existence of god and trying to know the truth is the starting point of the pursuit of truth.

He who is freed from all the doubts and confusions by deeper inquiry, analysis and reasoning reaches the non-dual destination. Seeker has to follow the footprints of the Gnani and advance with care by means of such mental trekking; he will reach the source.

The journey of reason brings joy to those who dare to accept the truth and drop the untruth mentally.

Non-duality is neither selfish nor it is indifferent way of living. It all depends on the medium through which one observes and views it. In fact our mental and intellectual condition will determine the object observed and experienced.  The common man viewing his-self and the world see it differently from the Gnani (sage) viewing the same world and his -self. Each one interprets the objects he sees in terms of existing knowledge. A Gnani   sees the spirit/true self/spirit everywhere and everything in experience diversity, therefore he is fully aware of the fact that there is no second thing other then the spirit, hence it is non-duality.

Until one views on the standpoint of physicality the experience pain and pleasure are reality. When one becomes aware of the fact that, the true self is not physical then the pain and pleasure or birth, life and death are mere mirage created out of true Self/spirit, which is not physical.

The one who has gained perfection is one who has acquired the self- knowledge. The self knowledge is the knowledge beyond the physicality. One who has delved into and realized the sense of infinitude when he transcended consciously all his identification with three states and become one with the witness consciousness.

For the whole of universe, though it rests in the Self, is without foundation.

The Ways to Self-knowledge

Philosophy and reason will remain the most beautiful sanctuary they have always been for the s"Philosophy and reason will remain the most beautiful sanctuary they have always been for the select few-----"Einstein

"Know the true self". Knowing the true self means by inquiring, analyzing and reasoning in to the nature of the mind, one has to grasp and assimilate the fact that, the self is not physical but it is the spirit. It is not possible to know the self by reading books or scriptures or hearing the sermons of great speakers or by glorifying the god men.

If the self is not physical, then it is erroneous to view and judge the truth on the physical standpoint.  Therefore, whatever seen, known, believed and experienced as a person of the world is physical standpoint.  The truth lies beyond physicality. Deeper inquiry analysis and reasoning revels the fact that the self is not physical but the spirit.  Therefore, it is necessary to learn to view and judge the physical existence, on the standpoint of the spirit or soul or consciousness, which is the innermost  self, to unfold the mystery of the mind or universe or  ’I’.

Intense urge, sincerity, seriousness silence, receptivity and humility are often the best ways to self-knowledge. Not because they offer solutions for the complexity of our lives but because they bring us in touch with our sacred center, where truth dwells. That sacred center may not be analyzed. It is the source from where the mind rises and subsides.  The source is formless; therefore the mind is mere mirage on the standpoint of the source, which is the spirit or soul.

The source itself is the true self.  The true Self is neither bound nor free. An end to illusion! It is all groundless. For the whole of universe, though it rests in the Self, is without foundation.

Constant reflecting on the nature of the soul is satsang

Seeing God implies duality.  Mind or universe or waking, which appears and disappears is not permanent. There is no use of placing faith in the belief of individualized god, which is part of the falsehood, and it is impermanent.   It is better to abide in formless consciousness, which is the innermost self and eternal by realizing the experience of diversity is created out of single stuff, which is consciousness. Consciousness is ultimate truth and only ultimate truth or Brahman is GOD.  Self-awareness is what one should seek, not visions of individualized God. It is only when the Mind is merged in its source, the soul or consciousness that true knowledge of one's identity with ultimate truth or Brahman will dawn.

Satsang is an association with the true self, which is the  eternal soul or consciousness. To be aware of it all times is Satsang. Constant reflecting on the nature of the soul is satsang, or association with Gnani is satsang.

One becomes limited to the concepts, names and forms within the waking or dream. Waking or dream originates from the soul. The soul is the true self.  Realizing the soul as the true self is truth realization. Soul is limitless, permanent and unchanging, and by its nature non-dual and universal. The soul sees the mirage which comes and goes   as three states

This formless path is very difficult for those who stick to their inherited or accepted truth, but not for the serious seekers who are in search of only non dual truth nothing but non dual truth.

We are talking about duality within the duality. The duality exists until the mind exists. Absent of mind is absent of duality. Therefore,   by understanding “What is mind?” and “What is the substance of the mind?” one becomes aware what is reality, and what is illusion.  Only by perfect understanding and realization of the nondual truth, one will be able to overcome the duality.

Since we are conditioned to view, judge and conclude the truth on the base of ‘I’, which is the false self, within the false experience, we are unaware what is truth, and what is illusion.  Man and his world exist within the illusion.  Therefore, it is erroneous to view and judge the truth on the base of illusory entity.

Truth cannot be got in world. The truth is hidden within the three states as their formless substance and witness.  The formless substance is the soul. And the soul is the true self.

The true self /soul is not an entity, or identity within the waking /dream, but it is the source of the three states, from where the three states erupt and subsides.

When one is able to view and judge the worldview on the standpoint soul as self, then he will realize there is neither the creation, nor the creator, but only non-dual soul /spirit will prevail as ultimate reality.  Therefore, it is erroneous to conclude the truth on the base of religion and god.

All religious and yogic practices are based on the `I' as self, which is false identity within the false experience [waking/duality].  The Waking experience is mere illusion, same way as the dream. Hence it is very much necessary to verify truth of the ‘I’, to realize the fact that ‘I’ itself is mere illusion. ‘I’ is not the self, because it comes and goes as waking/dream. Absent of ‘I’ absent of waking/dream/mind. Absent of waking/dream is absent of illusion/duality.   The knower of the ‘I’ is formless soul. When one who realizes the soul as the true self, and then he becomes free from experiencing the duality as reality.

This formless path is very difficult for those who stick to their inherited or accepted truth, but not for the serious seekers who are in search of only non dual truth nothing but non dual truth.

What is Truth?

What is Truth?

Truth is hidden in everything and everywhere as formless substance and witness of the waking or dream experiences. To be enlightened is to know the formless substance and witness as ultimate truth.  The formless substance and witness is the soul or spirit or consciousness.  The mind or universe or waking  (experience of diversity) rises  from the soul and subsides back as the soul or consciousness. Thus, the soul is the source the waking or dream experience.  The three states are unreality on the standpoint of the soul as self. Thus, the self is neither  the waking  entity [ego] nor the self is the dream entity  but the self is the formless soul, which witnesses the coming and going of the three states. Therefore, there is a need to learn to view and judge the three states on the base of soul as self, in order to know and realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Truth is to know the facts of one’s true existence. To Know the facts is to know the Truth. Most people are unaware of the fact that physical existence is mere mirage and live in a delusion Realization of  Ultimate Truth is the Gateway to freedom from experiencing duality as reality, therefore there is a need to find the fact that,  the formless soul  or consciousness is the innermost  self, and soul is the ultimate reality. One has to remember that , there is no Truth without soul.

Self- knowledge is not theoretical knowledge based on the physical self [ego] but the knowledge of the ultimate truth on which the physical existence [illusion] is dependent.

Truth realization is a very deep topic.  One might ask what truth -realization is? Truth realization is realization of the knowledge of the true self to get unity in diversity.  Identifying the fact that the Soul/self is the unified Whole.

Self- knowledge is not theoretical knowledge based on the physical self [ego] but the knowledge of the ultimate truth on which the physical existence [illusion] is dependent. Self-knowledge is the True Knowledge.

v  What is Self -Knowledge?

Self - Knowledge is Knowledge of the true self. Self-knowledge is required to overcome the duality. Self-knowledge comes when one learns to deeper inquire, analyze and reason on the base of the soul as self, the self- Knowledge reveals to the Seeker after Truth.

Gnanis have this self - Knowledge. People think there are many sources to acquire the self-knowledge, but fail to acquire it from many sources. Those who are lucky will follow the path of inquiry and reasoning.  It is impossible to acquire Self-knowledge from any other source, other then the path of inquiry and reasoning on the base of the soul as self.

Only those serious seekers of truth do not leave a stone unturned in their quest of ultimate truth, will realize the fact that, only through inquiry, analysis and reasoning on the base of the soul as self, it is possible to acquire nondual wisdom

There is no other Reality other then realizing the fact that, the soul is the true self. Everything in the experience of diversity is created out of the soul and sustained by the soul and finally everything dissolves as soul.

Seeker has to remember self-knowledge is the Gateway to get unity in diversity. Self-knowledge is the key to know the illusion and reality are one in essence.

A vast majority of these spiritual problems disappear as one takes full responsibility for his own "enlightenment

A Gnani cannot be serious; there is nothing to be serious about. The whole of life is fun; it is a play, a play of soul, which is in the form of consciousness. Moreover, that is what deeper inquiry and reasoning reveals - that the whole of life is a beautiful play of consciousness.

The same consciousness is in the trees, in the stars, in the rivers, in the mountains, in everyone, in animals. It is the same consciousness dancing in different forms. Life means play of the consciousness. A Gnani is aware of the fact that, there is neither play nor player because he is fully aware of the fact that, the duality is mere mirage created out of consciousness.

In this modern world there is so not much information  on Self-knowledge, but there is plenty of information on cults, gurus and their film flam, scandals etc. Real Self-knowledge requires that one find out for himself. This also means discovering, exploring, and thinking for oneself.

Looking for mystical gurus and yogis are not related to finding real Self Knowledge. A vast majority of these spiritual problems disappear as one takes full responsibility for his own "enlightenment"-- free of religion, god glorification, scriptural knowledge, cultural dogma, and burnt out historical traditions.

On pursuit of truth, everything all summed up in inquiring, analysing and reasoning on the base of soul as self that is something one try for himself, and find out for himself.

Therefore, once one has that pointer, that direction, there is no need to waste time and effort. If one is interested in the history of gurus/yogis, or if one finds his transcribed talks entertaining or soothing, that is OK. Otherwise, once one becomes aware of the fact that ‘I’ is not the self, but the consciousness is the true self then he will be able to drop all the accumulated dross.

Spirituality is man’s relation to soul/spirit, nothing else. It is not about religion, it is not dogma. The consciousness is one divine force pervading all the three states and a direct relation to that soul is what it is all about, beyond any duality.

Things that are impossible for man are possible with soul. There is no doubt about it. Moreover, even though one never sees the soul, he knows it always is with him.

Once the quest starts, one begins to understand that there are things beyond the physical life, and he begins to exploring spiritual realms.

People think themselves, over time; by reading countless books on all religions and philosophies of the world, they will be able to acquire self-knowledge.  However, it is not so ‘A wise person should glean knowledge from inquiry and reasoning on the base of the consciousness as self and assimilate it. Just like honey bee collects nectar from all flowers, big or small’. Seeker of truth must think that he is that bee.

There is no such thing as permanent happiness in the experience of duality [waking/dream or universe]. Joy and sorrow are part of the illusion and are so intertwined. For a Gnani his body and his experience of the universe is mere illusion.  He is fully aware of the fact that, whatever prevails without his body and his experience of the world is his true identity.

Arguing on the base of the ego [form] is waste of time and makes one more egocentric.

Non-dual wisdom is bitter medicine for those imprisoned by orthodox cults.  The ultimate state of consciousness, which the modern non-dualists describe, is that of the traditional sage or fully enlightened being, but they do not show the seekers the process leading to the realization of this state.  They describe marvellously the goal, but do not indicate the steps to be taken: thus their preaching is not a roadmap to the ultimate end.

Many Seekers of truth think the ways to Truth are many. What is most important is, one should not to restrict himself to one path that he imagines that all the others are false.  Thus if religionists say that one should follow one particular traditional path, and  modern thinkers  demands  to abandon all paths, but seeker of truth should to take an independent way , after verifying  validity of all claims and   by sound reasoning and accept only un-contradictable truth until he reaches his pathless land.

Many people think they will lose all their sense of identity to their functioning, if they do not get cling to their ego. The ego creates the feelings of separation, pain, and alienation as well.  But all these feelings are within the universe and the formless witness is without the universe.

When one becomes aware of the fact that, self is consciousness through wisdom, then he also becomes aware of the fact that, the body, ego, senses and the universe which are present in the waking experience or dream are also consciousness.  And he becomes fully aware of the fact that, the formless true self (soul or consciousness), which is the witness of the three states, is apart, real and eternal.   Thus he becomes aware of the ultimate truth (pure consciousness) in the midst of the duality (waking). Realizing the truth in the midst of duality (waking/illusion) is wisdom.

One does not lose the physical experience (universe or mind) but he will be fully aware of the fact that, the three states are mere mirage created out of consciousness. By realizing the fact that, the self is not physical but self is consciousness, the mind becomes still to know that consciousness alone is real, and the mind (universe)in which the whole humanity exits is mere mirage created out of consciousness.

There is a need to drop all the pre-conceived ideas and accumulated dross and try to verify a fresh to understand and assimilate the non-dual truth. One should not make any teaching as a yardstick but one should verify all the facts by sound reasoning and overcome all the obstacles by realizing what is truth and what is untruth.

If one becomes aware consciousness is the true self, then all his judgment has to be based on consciousness (formless) as self, not on the ego or physical self (form). Then only it is possible to understand and assimilate the non-dual truth.  Since, everyone is judging the truth on the physical self (form or ego) which leads to doubts and confusion and one will land up in pursuit of argument.

People think that, the birth entity (ego) as true self and the world as reality.  And their judgement is based on the birth entity (ego). Therefore, they think human and world are real. Thus they think the self is born, lives and dies, whereas the self is never born and it can never die because it is formless.

Thus arguing on the base of the ego (form) is waste of time and makes one more egocentric.      Thus there is a need to learn to view and judge the worldview on the base of consciousness as self, to overcome all the obstacles to reach the ultimate truth or pathless land, to realize the fact that, human and world are mere mirage created out of consciousness.
