There is need to realize ‘what God supposed to be in actuality.+

The mystic who sees God in vision has seen Him during the waking state. The waking experience itself is an illusion. Thus, whatever is seen within the illusion is bound to be an illusion. Thus, it is necessary for the mystic to realize his existence is a reality within the illusion.  Whatever belief of God one is familiar with through his inherited conditioning or samskara that he will see in his visions.  When a man is the false ‘Self’ within the false experience, then whatever he believes is bound to be a falsehood.
God is the Soul the innermost ‘Self’.  The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. God is not within you, but you and your experience of the world are within God.  ‘Self’-realization is God-realization because the Soul the innermost ‘Self’ itself’ is God.  When you and your experience of the world disappear, then God alone prevails as a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
There is neither Shiva nor Shakti but only consciousness. The consciousness is real God.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Lord Krishna Says Ch ~V: ~Those who know me in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the innermost ‘Self’.   In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

The Vedas confirm God is Atman (Spirit), the Self.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost ‘Self’. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)
No dualities, no differentiation. Only Atman exists. Let us see in the words of Krishna:
Bhagavad Gita: 4: 22:~ ".....who has gone beyond the conflicting dualities like good (happiness) and bad (sorrow)....."
Bhagavad Gita: 4: 42:~ ".....cut all such conflicting dualities (doubts) by the sword (weapon) of knowledge. ....."
Bhagavad Gita: 5: 18:~The learned men (who have come out of delusions (Māyā), got rid of Avidya) see no differentiation have equal vision for a revered Brahmin, a cow, an elephant, a dog and a cāndāla (outcaste, rogue, mleccha, demonic person, etc)"
Bhagavad Gita: 5: 19:~ "Those who have achieved the true knowledge i.e. the '‘Self’-Knowledge' or the 'knowledge of Atman' and see no difference, are free from conflicting dualities have merged in Brahman"
Bhagavad Gita: 5: 20:~ "One who does not get excited out of happiness on getting good and does not get depressed on getting bad is situated in Brahman i.e. is merged in Brahman"
Bhagavad Gita: 6: 9:~  "The one who has equal vision for a Selfless do-gooder, a friend, a foe, an unbiased, a well-wisher, a depressed and jealous man, relatives, a righteous and a sinner is the best (as he sees no duality and differentiation but sees everything as Ātman)"
Bhagavad Gita: 6: 32:~ “.....as one seeks and treats oneself’ with equal vision, the same way one who has an equal vision for good and evil, for everybody is the best of all"
Bhagavad Gita: 6: 8:~ "For whom soil, a pebble, and gold are alike, he is merged in Brahman"
Bhagavad-Gita Gita: 7: 27:~ ".....people are getting entangled in the primordial ignorance (Avidya) of the conflicting dualities like good and evil, happiness and sorrow caused due to attachments, desires, and hatred....."
Bhagavad Gita: 6: 28:~ “.....who have cut-off conflicting dualities (like good and evil) is determinedly in my service. ...."
Bhagavad Gita: 7: 19:~ "Such a man who has attained true knowledge, the knowledge of ‘Self’, the knowledge of Atman, in the last birth in the series of many births worships Me as~ Atman alone exists~ everything is Atman, there exists nothing except Atman. Such a man is extremely rare"
Sage Goudpada: ~ "There's no plurality here"; "The God (Atman) through his powers appears to be many"; "those who are attached to creation or production or origination go to utter darkness"; "the unborn is never reborn, for who can produce God (Atman)?".

The orthodox people are more enslaved than others because they live in ‘Self’-imposed prison. A householder may have a little freedom, but the Gurus, Yogis Saints are more stuck with their own idea of truth than others. Orthodoxies are just blind followers of tradition. They cannot move freely, they cannot sit freely, they cannot live freely.

Many people pretend they are ‘Self’-realized just by being orthodox one cannot get Gnana.  Yogi practices Samadhi he will not get rid of the ignorance. Everyone has their own idea of Gnana.

The most important thing is that neither society nor politics nor any religion has anything to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman. ‘Self’ –Knowledge helps the seeker transcend emotion, transcending form, time, and space. Perhaps this is why the Atmic path, has not had much impact.

Remember:~

Mythological stories are a myth. Mythological Gods are a myth. By worshipping mythological heroes as God produces only myth.  There is a need to realize ‘what God is supposed to be in actuality.  Religion has been very influential. Mythology is a synthesis. They are more concerned with synthesis than with truth. The attraction for synthesis is so strong that people accept it blindly without verifying its validity.

Mythology is a hodgepodge containing everything; hence it suits everyone because there is something in it for everyone. It is difficult to find any tradition whose voice is not found in mythology. It is difficult to find anyone who does not take solace from mythology. But for such people ‘Self’-Realization will prove very difficult.

The nondualistic or Advaitic truth is not for synthesis – it is an uncontradictable truth and it is the ultimate truth. Nondual truth just as it is, without any artifice or coloring.

The knower of nondual truth is not concerned about the listener, he does not care whether his listener will understand or not. The pure expression of truth comes from the source of his existence.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self: ~

There is nothing to accept,

Nothing to reject,

Nothing to hold on to,

Nothing to let go of,

Nothing to grasp,

Nothing to spurn,

Nothing to embrace,

Nothing to relinquish,

Nothing to dissolve

Because the Soul is free from the illusory form, time, and space. Only within the dualistic illusion, the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is caught up in the illusory experience of the form, time, and space.   This is the truth.:~Santthosh Kumaar

The Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self shines in its own its awareness when wisdom dawns.+

To realize the Advaitic Truth a freer and fuller scope the seeker has to realize the form, time and space are one in essence. And that essence is consciousness. And the Soul the  Self is present in the form of consciousness.

To realize the Advaitic truth the seeker has to be free from all superstitions and orthodox contaminations. The seeker has to have the dedication to acquiring the  Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana alone.
A Gnani will easily appreciate the high flights of Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is one of the 'most majestic structures and valuable products of the Genius of man in his search for Truth.

Advaita is not a theory based on religious doctrine.   Advaita is an inner revolution.  Advaita is not entertainment to please different mindsets.

Advaita is universal. Advaita is not for sale. Do not buy Advaita from the spiritual supermarket. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self. The world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Advaitic wisdom.

Advaitic truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to realize because you have accumulated mental garbage from different sources in the name of Advaita. Until you discard all the accumulated knowledge you will never be able to realize the Advaitic truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the 'Self' shines on its own awareness when wisdom dawns.
The Advaita is the Soul is the cause and the support of all that exists as the world in which we exist.

The Advaita is present in the form of consciousness. Advaita is the root element of the universe. From the Advaita, the universe comes into existence. In the Advaita, the universe resides. And into the Advaita, the universe is dissolved. The Advaita is the parent of all that is there is.

Sage Sankara’s wisdom is the beautiful and uncontradictable ultimate truth.  The seeker has to penetrate as deeply as possible to unfold the mystery of his true existence. It will be difficult to find a Brahma Gnani like Sage Sankara.

Advaitic wisdom will not touch the ignorant populace.  Advaitic wisdom can reach the core of serious and sincere seekers.   The seeker needs some different approaches, which are free from religious Gurus, religion, scriptures theories, and yoga. Unless the words of wisdom touch the inner core the truth will not be revealed.

The so-called ‘Self’-declared Gurus of the east and west can go on repeating the Advaita parrot-like, ornamental words ~ they don't mean anything. Whatever the Gurus are saying of the Advaita is from the dualistic perspective.   Their knowledge is skin deep.   They may be great Gurus or yogis, but they are not Gnanis.

Some thinkers come very close, almost on the boundary line of Advaita, and stop there and start propagating love and repeating the names of  God. Perhaps they are afraid that if they talk about Advaita because they have only superficial knowledge of Advaita gathered from different sources.

There is no need to talk against religion and criticize against yoga, and against the scriptures against the Atheists because they all are part and parcel of the dualistic illusion. By condemning criticizing the ignorance will not vanish. There is only a need to realize, that religion, yoga, and scriptural mastery are not the means to acquire the ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana. :~Santthosh Kumaar

Logic is misunderstood.Egocentric reason applied only to practical life within the practical world is called logic, and intellect. +

Sage Goudpada: ~ To establish the truth of Nonduality by sheer reasoning alone. He begins by defining "What is real?" "What is unreal?" etc, because that is the right way to discuss or teach. People must first know what they are talking about. (Manduka Karika)

Logic is misunderstood. People cannot distinguish between reasoning and intellect as a Gnani does. Egocentric reason applied only to practical life within the practical world is called logic, and intellect.

The Soulcentric reason is the Spiritualistic reason that is necessary to unfold the truth of the whole.

A Gnani knows both egocentric reason (logic) and Soulcentric reason. He uses the egocentric reason (logic) in practical life within the practical world and uses the Soulcentric reason to know the truth beyond, time and space.  Logic is very much necessary for practical purposes. But the logic cannot be applied to discover the truth because logic implies duality and the ultimate truth is based on the Nondualistic perspective.

To say rise above logic is generally confused by saying "Rise above Reason." It is wrong to give up reason. Life does not consist only of a waking state. We must take all three states into account.

If one sticks to the old formal logic, he cannot get at the truth. People seeing this insufficiency of logic, therefore wrongly says:  "Give up logic and go to intuition." Their error is “What is it that told them that logic was not enough?” It was Reason itself; not intuition. Thus, there is confusion between logic and reason.

The reasoning is interpretable in two ways. The defective interpretation is to apply it only to the waking state. The correct interpretation is to apply it to the three states. The latter leads to a final settlement of the problems because it takes all data into consideration.

Logic, in short, is concerned with correct or valid thinking. Its main concern is non-contradiction, it can lay down the criterion of Truth as non-contradiction, but only with the assumed premises and not with facts. But when facts enter into consideration we have Reason but the same criterion of Truth remains, only the propositions with which we start must square with facts of experience, with observed data. Hence, the reason includes logic or correct thinking as well as strict fidelity to experience or facts. Bad logic or insufficiency of facts or wrong data may lead to untruth. The scientist with a plethora of data may reason illogically and reach false conclusions. Reason avoids both those mistakes. While reason searches for truth, logic insists on valid or correct thinking only.

Intellect is the power or faculty of thinking logically.  The reason is the power or faculty of thinking truly or towards truth. :~Santthosh Kumaar

Knowledge of the single stuff is Advaitic wisdom.+

Advaita is universal. Advaita is not for sale. Do not buy Advaita from the spiritual supermarket. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self. The world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Advaitic wisdom.

Until you discard all the accumulated knowledge you will never be able to realize the Advaitic truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

The Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the innermost Self shines in its own awareness when wisdom dawns.
The Advaita is the Soul is the cause and the support of all that exists in the world in which we exist.
The Advaita is present in the form of consciousness. Advaita is the root element of the universe. From the Advaita, the universe comes into existence. In the Advaita, the universe resides. And into the Advaita, the universe is dissolved. The Advaita is the parent of all that is there.
Katha Upanishad says:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Ch~ II-5 P-14)
Those who indulge in the perverted argument on their own standpoint and opinion are not seeking the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.  They just want to exhibit their accumulated knowledge accumulated from here and there.  They think what they know is the ultimate truth.

They think whatever they propagate is the ultimate truth. The question never occurs to them, “Is what I know really the truth?

Advaitic Gnana or ‘Self’-Knowledge which is contentless is not ordinary dualistic knowledge. People have no idea of the ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana yet. "Intellect" is a dangerous word to use as a translation of Gnana. For instance, some mathematical wizard has a tremendous intellect; one can follow their mathematical equations, yet does it mean that the mathematical wizard possesses Gnana or ‘Self’-knowledge? Dualistic knowledge based on a dualistic perspective is not  Advaaitic Gnana or ‘Self’-knowledge.

Gnana is usually translated as "knowledge", but that is because there is no equivalent word in English. It is more accurately "contentless consciousness" or “awareness”. Consciousness usually implies something, thoughts, or things, but in the non-dualistic or Advaitic perspective, we give it,  in addition,  the meaning of consciousness per se or awareness without an object, as in deep sleep.

Remember:~

Realizing the truth everything is made of the same substance, whether it be inside--as in dreams ~or outside as in waking is Gnana.  Realizing whatever is seen as an object, heard as sound or name is of the same substance is Gnana.

Soulcentric Reason is not intellect. Soulcentric Reason is that which finally distinguishes between real and unreal, false and true, and therefore it takes all three states into account. Until that is attained people generally use only intellect (egocentric reason) which is confined to the waking state only. Intellect (egocentric reason) evolves into Soulcentric Reason as man realizes that the study of the waking world is not enough, and that study of all the phenomena of consciousness is required. Such a study must embrace dreams and sleep; hence there is no perfection of reason without an analysis of the three states.

The TheSoulcentric reason distinguishes the ultimate reality from the rest.' Egocentric reason discrimination between good and bad right and wrong is confined to the physical plane, it is intellect, and logic.

The Soulcentric reason is that which enables one to distinguish the real from the unreal, true from false. People do not clearly know the difference between egocentric and Soul-centric reason.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara’s wisdom is nothing to do orthodox belief system.+

Without Sage Sankara, there is no Advaita. Without Advaitic wisdom, it is impossible to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.  The all-pervading Reality is beyond both duality and non-duality.
Sage Sankara says: ~ Atman is Brahman. The Atman alone is real is not religious truth.  Sage Sankara declared this Advaitic truth, which is the ultimate truth to the whole world, many centuries back is the rational truth, the scientific truth, and the ultimate truth.

Sage Sankara’s whole wisdom can be summed up in one sentence, ‘There is nothing else but Brahman. He says that Absolute Existence, Absolute Knowledge, and Absolute Bliss are real. The universe is not real. He says that Brahman and Atman are one. The ultimate and the Absolute Truth is the ‘Self’, which is one though appearing as many different individuals. The individual has no reality. Only the ‘‘Self’’ is real; the rest, mental and physical are but passing appearances.

Genuine philosophy must be independent of religion, that in Sage  Sankara himself’ the attributed God is a reality only in dualistic illusion.  And the attributeless God (Brahman) is the only reality and has nothing to do with religion.

Sage Sankara pokes fun at ascetics and points out that all their austerities do not cause desires to go (Altar Flowers" Page 205, v.2 P.207 v.4)

There are two kinds of audiences ~ the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual, prayers, devotion to personal Gods, and sacrifices. And the more advanced seeker who seeks to know the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Religion and yoga are meant for the ignorant populace, to help lead their followers along the way.

The Jnana kanda is meant for those who wish to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time,  and space.
Those who lack the intelligence to discriminate between reality and illusion will not be able to grasp what is real and what is an illusion. Both real and unreal is consciousness, not the real alone.
Those who have chosen the Atmic path have to drop all the Orthodox adulteration by bifurcation and dropping what is not needed to acquire ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana:
Sage Sankara: ~ 'Like a servant who carries a lamp in front of you to find your way, and you have found it, so becomes the Veda to that person. What is the Veda? ~ utterances of those who have known the Truth. Here is one who has known the Truth; why should he or she depend upon the Veda further? Actual realization takes you beyond books. At a certain stage, books become a botheration.  Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study the Scriptures, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman then why do you indulge in studying the scriptures.
Sage Sankara says: there is no need to study philosophy, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman then why indulge in studying philosophy.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “There is no need to indulge in rituals, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman then why indulge in rituals.

Sage Sankara says: ~ The person who superimposes all those attributes on the changeless, eternal ‘‘Self’’ and identifies ‘‘Self’’ with the body is confusing one for the other; and is, therefore, an ignorant person. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are therefore addressed to an ignorant person. Therefore, why believe and worship attributed Gods in place of real God and permanently remain in ignorance of the reality, which is beyond form, time, and space.”

Sage Sankara says There is no need to indulge in yoga, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman then why indulge in yoga. Neither sacred baths nor any amount of charity nor even Hundreds of pranayamas* can give Self-knowledge then why indulge in yoga, pranayama dipping in the rivers, and any amount of charity when they are not the means to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the ‘Self’, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani) then why you are sticking a Guru who is not a Gnani.

Sage Sankara says “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in all other types of meditation.
Sage Sankara says Though I wear these robes of a Sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread” then why you are sticking to the religious Gurus who wear the robes of a Sanyasin only for the sake of bread.

Sage Sankara says “One without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows then why you are sticking to your religion which will not help you to obtain Self-knowledge.

Sage Sankara says “Neither by Yoga, nor by Sankhya, nor by good work, nor by learning, but by the realization of one's identity with Brahman is Liberation possible, and by no other means then why you are not dropping all other means which are blocking your realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Sage Sankara says “Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise, erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for liberation then why you are after scholars explanation, when the scholars' scriptural mastery and a shower of words, the skill in expounding the scriptures are no good for liberation.

Sage Sankara says “The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known then why you want to study the scriptures.

Sage Sankara says “The Scriptures consisting of many words are a dense forest which merely causes the mind to ramble. Hence, men of wisdom should earnestly set about knowing the true nature of the ‘Self’ and then why you are not independently investigating and knowing the ‘‘Self’’.

Sage Sankara says “For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one? When Sage  Sankara says “Vedas and mantras will not help you to get rid of the ignorance then why you are indulging in what is not required to acquire the ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Sage Sankara says “ A disease does not leave off if one simply utters the name of the medicine, without taking it; (similarly) without direct realization one cannot be liberated by the mere utterance of the word Brahman.

Sage Sankara says “Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the  ‘Self’, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech then why indulge in a repetition of the name of God when they are not the means to  Self-knowledge.

Sage Sankara clearly says “As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the ‘Self’, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments. Therefore the wise should, as in the case of disease and the like, personally strive by all the means in their power of reason Sage  Sankara clearly says the truth is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman (Gnani)  then why you are after a Guru or yogi who is not a Gnani.

Sage Sankara says  Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated ~ yet, without the realization of one‘s identity with the ‘Self’, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together Sage Sankara says the liberation cannot be the result by scholars giving sermons of all the scripture, by  Gods be invoked through sacrifices,  by performing elaborate rituals,  by propitiating the personal Gods,  by good deeds then what is the use of indulging in all these things which are useless to acquire ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Remember:~

As regards the rituals, Sage Sankara says, the person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view himself in terms of the caste into which he is born, his age, the stage of his life, his standing in society, etc. In addition, he is required to perform rituals all through his life. However, the ‘‘Self’’ has none of those attributes or tags. Hence, the person who superimposes all those attributes on the changeless, eternal ‘Self’  and identifies ‘Self’  with the body is confusing one for the other; and is, therefore, an ignorant person. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are therefore addressed to an ignorant person.

There is no hope of Self-realization by studying the philosophies of following the religion or by practicing yoga.

Sage  Sankara says Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way.

There is no hope of Self-realization by studying philosophies or following the religion or by practicing yoga then why you are indulging in unwanted things which are not required to unfold the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Sage Sankara says “Without knowing and examining the external world, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.

Sage Sankara’s wisdom is nothing to do orthodox belief system.

Sage Sankara says: ~ What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead to the final Goal.  Then why do you accept other wisdom without verifying its validity? Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Only uncontradictable truth has to be accepted as the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification.

Sage Sankara himself had often said that his philosophy was based on Sruti, or revealed scripture.  This may be because Sage Sankara addressed the ordinary man, who finds security in the idea of causality and thus, in the idea of God ~ and Revelation is indispensable to prove the latter.  He believed that those of superior intelligence, have no need for this idea of divine causality, and can, therefore, dispense with Sruti and arrive at the truth of Non-Dualism by pure reason.

Sage Sankara is the only sage who has final authority on the Advaitic truth. The Advaitic truth is rational truth and scientific truth without dogma.

Sage Sankara says “the Knower of the Atman (i.e., a Gnani) "bears no outward mark of a holy man”, then why you are stuck up with the holy men or Gurus or Godmen or yogis who identify themselves as holy men, not Gnanis.

Sage Sankara says How can the talk of diversity, dvaita, apply to the Supreme Reality which is one and homogeneous, Advaita? Who has ever observed diversity, dvaita, in the unmixed bliss of the state of profound sleep?:~Santthosh Kumaar

Atman or Brahman cannot be reached by any path other than that of soulcentric reasoning.+

In ancient times, the religious Yogic discipline considered to be a means for Self-realization. But such discipline is almost an impossible task for the modern man to adopt. Day by day people are becoming aware of the fact that religion and yoga are nothing to do with the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The modern mindset is pre-eminently scientific owing to the great progress that science has made. And the best method of freeing the mind from its inaccurate ways of thinking is to imbue it as fully as possible with the scientific spirit. It is therefore only one who possesses a clear knowledge of its methods and results i.e., who is able to make the reason as the highest means of inquiry that would be fit for Self-knowledge.

Vedanta itself admits its highest Truth that is, Atman or Brahman cannot be reached by any path other than that of reason and unless the reason is sharper than the ‘Edge of a razor'.

One may feel satisfied with the religion, theology or mysticism in which one believes, but they are based ‘I’ which itself is an illusion. Thus, they are imagined on the base of the false self (ego) and false experience (waking).

Religion, theology, mystic practice and yoga are not the means to acquire Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.  the Absence of the reason is the absence of wisdom.

The aim of every seeker should be to reach this highest level of Reason, by continued deeper Self-search.

Soul-centric reasoning largely covers the preliminary, indicating directly the way to the final, i.e., the rational means of attaining the goal.

All religious, yogic and theoretical paths rely on the authority of intuitive Revelation and mystic experiences or Yogic ecstasy of Samadhi.

The most advanced seekers take the path of reason which helps them unfold the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

Some have no patience to pursue till to the end. For such a mindset believe firmly that the highest stage to attain is only the theological based on authority or the mystic based on intuition and not the rational.  The highest order of Reason has to be reached with much patience.

The Soul is realized through soul-centric reasoning.  After this is attained, he realizes the fact that the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in all the three states. Thus, all three states are nothing, but the illusion created out of consciousness.

Soulcentric Reason is the highest means of attaining Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The truth is beyond scriptures and egocentric intelligence. Thus in order to grasp, assimilate and realize the Advaitic truth the seeker to employ the soulcentric reasoning faculty.

That is why
Sage  Sankara says in the commentary in Vedanta-sutra that what is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead a person to the final goal. On the contrary, such acceptance will result only in evil, in something which is detrimental to our spiritual progress.

Thus, Seeker of truth should not believe blindly in traditional orthodox nonduality without verifying all the facts from every angle. One has to reflect through reasoning over and over again without getting tired of the process.

There is no need to study the scriptures. One has to Self-search the truth and realize it without the scriptures. And then when he reads the scriptures he becomes aware the scriptures are also saying the same thing but everything is misinterpreted.

Mundaka Upanishad:~ This Atman cannot be attained through the study of the Vedas, nor through intelligence, nor through much learning. He who chooses Atman ~by him alone is Atman attained. It is Atman that reveals to the seeker Its true nature. (3 page70upanhsds by Nikilanada)

It means the ultimate truth is beyond scriptures and egocentric intelligence. Thus, in order to grasp, assimilate and realize the Advaitic truth the seeker to employ the soulcentric reasoning faculty.

That is why Sage Sankara says: VC ~58. Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for Liberation.

59. The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.

60The Scriptures consisting of many words are a dense forest which merely causes the mind to ramble. Hence, men of wisdom should earnestly set about knowing the true nature of the Self.

61. For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae) and medicines to such a one?

62. A disease does not leave off if one simply utters the name of the medicine, without taking it; (similarly) without direct realization one cannot be liberated by the mere utterance of the word Brahman.

There is nothing more rational, more intelligible and more un-dogmatic insights of Sage Sri, Sankara, is to drop all the theistic nonduality or Advaita which is meant for those who are incapable and not receptive to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ Reason as a means to reality. (Chap.18 verse 37)

In chap. 10 of in Bhagavad Gita, Krishna says: ~ I cannot save you, but I can give you Buddhi (reason). (chap. 10)

In chap. 10 of in Bhagavad Gita, Krishna says: ~ "I have given you the most secret teaching, now reflect over it all" Krishna plainly says reflect, think. (Verse 63 of Chap. 18)

Mundaka Upanishad says: ~ Both states are harmful and take you away from the path of inquiry into truth. (Page 234)

Ashtavakra Gita: ~ It is not the absence of Buddhi (Reason) that can grasp Advaita but the man who possesses the highest intellect. Brains are necessary. Such a man, by merely hearing the truth mentioned will know it. (Page~ 224).

There is no need for any philosophy in pursuit of truth because they take the seeker nearer to the truth, but they creates more doubts and confusion.

Sage  Goudpada: ~ To establish the truth of Non-duality by sheer reasoning alone. He begins by defining "What is real?" "What is unreal?" etc, because that is the right way to discuss or teach. People must first know what they are talking about. (Mandukya Karika)

The reasoning is interpretable in two ways. The egocentric interpretation is to apply it only to waking experience. The soulcentric interpretation is to apply it to the three states. The latter leads to a final settlement of the problems because it takes all data into consideration.

As we keep digging deeper and deeper, the truth will shine as pure awareness in the midst of the duality (waking). :~Santthosh Kumaar
