Creator and creation theory is based on holding the duality as reality

Creator and creation theory  is based on holding  the duality as reality . In non-duality there is neither creation nor creator because the duality is mere illusion.  Cause and effect theory holds good only when one views and judges the worldview on the base of false self(ego or waking entity) as real self and false experience(waking) as reality. .

When the waking entity  learns to view the  three states on the base of the soul, which is  true self then he  becomes aware of the true fact t that, here is nothing exist other than soul, which is in the  form of consciousness. Consciousness pervades in everything and everywhere in all the three states. The nature of the three states is consciousness. In absence the three states the consciousness alone exists as formless non-dual existence.

The people who believe God as creator will not be able to cross beyond the barricade of experience of duality/physicality. They get stagnant in believing duality or physical existence(universe)  as reality.

To overcome this experience of illusory physical existence (mind) one has to investigate what is self first, whether 'ego ' is self or something else is self. Without knowing what is true self non duality is a distant dream.

One who is stuck with his  inborn inherited conditioning and accumulated knowledge from what he has read and assimilated and accepted them as truth, is not receptive to receive self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Seeker has to verify on every angle through inquiry, analysis and reasoning on his own and accept only un-contradicted truth. The spiritual truth cannot be contradicted. Religious truth is individual not universal.

Idea of God as a creator holds good theoretically .This idea of god is introduced by the organized religion and rulers in the past, to keep the mass in their control by conditioning the mass mindset, to be, to believe, to behave and live in the society by strictly following its ethics and code of conduct.  But this idea of god becomes a biggest obstacle in pursuit of truth, because one is unable to cross the threshold of duality, which he experiences it as reality.

When duality accepted as reality then the birth, life, death and the world will prevail as reality. Thus, the false self(ego)  prevails as true self , and thinks whatever it has seen, known ,believed and experienced as a person as reality.

When the mind becomes aware of its formless substance, and able to view and judge on the base of its formless substance, then there is neither the world, nor the perceiver of the world, nor the belief of god, exits as reality.

The whole illusion, in which man perceives the world,   is created and sustained by consciousness. Therefore, the diversity within the consciousness is mere illusion. There is no second thing other than the consciousness, hence it is non dual. On the standpoint of the consciousness (soul) nothing exists, nothing ever existed; nothing will ever exit other then consciousness.

People are conditioned to view and judge the worldview on the stand point of the false self or ego.

The mind has its origin in the formless soul or consciousness. The three states are   dependent on consciousness (soul) for their existence. During the deep sleep the waking and dream merges with consciousness. There is no second thing other than consciousness in its true nature. Hence it is non-dual.

Consciousness (soul) is of the nature of knowing.  Man, world and his belief of god depend on mind for their existence and mind depends on consciousness for its existence.   If the reality of world bothers one and he is not ready to accept its illusory nature then he has to first inquire into the nature of the mind by inquiring “What is ‘I’?, then realize the fact that ‘I’ is not limited to physical entity alone but to the whole mind ,which appears and disappears as waking or dream.

By trying to know the truth as person, kicking the universe behind, it is impossible to acquire self-knowledge.  Till one knows the consciousness (soul) one has only the mind (man + universe). If one is unable to consider the world as illusion then it is realism.  By considering the world as reality one is accepting the matter as reality. By accepting the matter as reality one will remain believing the birth, life and death as reality.

One has to realize the fact that, the matter (mind or universe) is dependent on consciousness for its existence. It cannot exist without the consciousness. The consciousness is the substance and witness of the matter (mind or universe). Thus, substance and witness is one in essence, which is consciousness.

Holding the body and universe as reality, is holding the ignorance as reality. Holding the ignorance as reality is holding the illusion as reality. Holding the illusion as reality is holding the unreality as reality. Thus non-dual truth is impossible for those who believe in realism, because they have accepted untruth as ultimate truth.

The one which has the capacity to know is not the body but consciousness. The consciousness knows the body and the world together.  Man and his universe co- exist within the mind.  The Mind exists within the consciousness.   Thus mind is body and the world together.   The knower of the mind, which appears as waking or dream and disappears as deep sleep is consciousness or soul.

One mistake body to be matter everything else as mind. But analysis shows the mind itself is the matter.  Without the mind there is no matter. Whatever exists without the matter is real and ultimate and it is consciousness.  When everything is consciousness then there is no second thing other than consciousness.  Therefore on the standpoint of consciousness as self, everything is consciousness and diversity is mere mirage created out of consciousness. Hence man and world are mere illusion on the standpoint of the consciousness, which ultimate truth.

People are conditioned to view and judge the worldview on the stand point of the false self or ego. They can only understand what they are thought by their by parental grooming, religion societal ethics, accumulated knowledge and circumstances of life. They cannot think beyond physicality.

The seeker of truth is one who is ready verify and has courage to accept and reject the truth when he finds out what is truth and what is untruth. The meek will stick to their inherited conditioning remain experiencing duality as reality.

Pursuit of truth is not suited for religionists, realists and yogis who believe in conceptual god. Because religious idea of god, world, heaven, hell, sin karma, ceases to exist as real when one becomes aware of the non-dual truth.

Seekers who are ready to accept only truth have to indulge in the pursuit of truth. And people who are satisfied with their faith and belief and accepted truth must continue without disturbing their present outfit.

Mind has emanated from and in consciousness

The duality is present in the form of mind. Mind is present in the form of universe. The universe appears as waking or dream and diapers as deep sleep. The one which is aware of the coming and going of the three states is neither the waking entity nor the dream entity but the formless soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.  When the soul becomes aware of its formless non-dual true nature in the midst of duality it is called self –awareness. It is foolish to limit the consciousness only to duality because the consciousness pervades all the three states

Mind becomes one with consciousness in deep sleep. Mind has emanated from and in consciousness.  The individual experiences are reality within the waking or dream. Individuality ceases to exist without the waking or dream.  The one which witnesses the dream is not waking entity and one which witnesses the waking is not dream entity. The one which witness the deep sleep experience is   neither dream entity not the waking entity. Then what is it that is aware of these three states, which come and go in succession.

It is the consciousness (soul) which is aware of all the three states, which comes and goes in succession. Thus it is the witness of the three states. It is also is the substance of the three states because it pervades in everything and everywhere in all the three states. Thus consciousness is the common essence in dual and nondual experiences.  The one, who discovers, understands and assimilates and realizes the essence as ultimate truth becomes free from experiencing the duality as reality.   The consciousness exists with or without the duality. The birth, life, death and the world are within the mind or duality. And the consciousness is the formless substance witness of birth, life, death and the world (mind).

Consciousness (soul) is apart from the birth, life, death and the world, because it is not an object within the duality, but the duality (waking or dream) is an object to it.  When one becomes aware of the fact that, the formless substance and witness are one in essence, then there is unity in diversity.

There is no need of buying reading material or hearing the sermons and running to one place to another or one guru to another or surrendering to any guru or glorifying any guru in order to acquire self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

If one is seeking truth but practicing yoga or Kundalini or any other practice for long years and finding them inadequate and useless quenching his inner thirst has to drop them by realizing they are only useful in preparatory stages to make him more receptive to grasp the ultimate truth and they cannot transport him to the ultimate end of understanding.

Seeker has to follow up his deeper self-search and get rid of the inborn samskara or conditioning, which is present as ‘I’ or ‘I AM’. There is no need of buying reading material or hearing the sermons and running to one place to another or one guru to another or surrendering to any guru or glorifying any guru in order to acquire self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

"Read and be wise" but only if the light of one’s own consciousness awakens the deep-seated understanding is an inherent quality of the soul, the innermost self.

Path of wisdom or Gnana is opposed to common sense because common sense egocentric whereas the wisdom is soul centric. Common sense is habitual and imitative. Common sense is very much required in practical life within the practical world, but in pursuit of truth sharpness to grasp and receptiveness soul centric intelligence attitude is very much necessary.

One can discover these best by considering the terms of praise or blame which are employed in behalf of commonsense. When personal views are condemned as contrary to common-sense is applicable only in practical life within the practical world (realm of duality).

Opinions, views and Judgments based on common sense actual and implied cannot be accepted as ultimate and final because common sense can be applied only in realm of duality.

In pursuit of truth opinions, views judgments derived from commonsense has no value because the common sense is egocentric (form) whereas the ultimate truth is based on soul (formless).

He who has realized the ultimate truth or Brahman transcends the duality or mind where he sees no second thing other than consciousness.   Yogi who sees the universe as reality may try to deny it because he thinks thoughtlessness is Brahman.

The yogi sees the universe as a second thing and he wants to banish the universe in Samadhi, because he does not know that in nonduality there is no need to deny the universe. But he has to realize the fact that, universe is not something different from the self, which consciousness. Those who cannot grasp and realize this position, misunderstand it, and wrongly hold it be yogic Samadhi where there is only blankness.

The presence of the world, which confronts a Gnani, is not an obstacle to his realization; he does not need yogic Samadhi.  But yogi has imagined Brahman as blankness or thoughtlessness thus he is still in the grip of duality.  Thus Yogis Brahman is but a thought.  Brahman is not a thought but Brahman is prior to any mind or universe.  Thus one has to know what is prior to waking experience.

The yogi who wrongly thinks there is Brahman to be got ,may attempt to do so, and may think he sees it, but all the time he under the delusion of duality because he bases his- self  on physical body, thinking Brahman to be something different from the soul, which is the true self.

When one becomes aware of the fact all the experiences of the three states and all the thoughts and words are Mind and mind in turn is consciousness then he has transcended thinking faculty

A Gnani is one who attained the non-dual self-awareness in the midst of duality

A Gnani is one who attained the non-dual  self-awareness in the midst of duality. A Gnani is in self –awareness and he is fully aware of the fact that the form, time and space are mere mirage created out of consciousness.

They alone in this world are endowed with the highest wisdom who are firm in their conviction of the sameness and birthlessness of Ataman. The ordinary man does not understand their way. (Chapter IV — Alatasanti Prakarana 95-P-188 in Upanishads by Nikilanada)

This passage indicates the fact that everything is Ataman/spirit. The one who views and judges the worldview on the base of his birth /body will not realize the fact that, the man including the world is created sustained and finally dissolves as Ataman. Thus Ataman alone is, and all else is mirage.

Thus self-knowledge is the aim of every human being. Since everyone thinks the physical body is the self, their aim is misdirected and they focus their attention on materiality which makes one feel the duality (waking) as reality.
In pursuit of truth the ultimate truth has to be proved, not assumed. Pundits who take scriptures for granted are not Gnanis.

Pundits teach that all is your-self, but none of them can show that this is so, none has analysed it scientifically, and none can prove it. Rational proof is needed, so that one arrive at knowing truth i.e. wisdom; punditry is mere dogma, parrotism, repetition of what they read in scripture. Scripters are not yardstick and scriptural truth is not proof.   Pundits take scripters as authority.   Authoritarianism merely assumes as true what another says, but what has yet to be proved.

Pundits have to test truth in this world not in the next world.  There is no proof other than blind belief based on the scriptures, belief is not truth.  So, doctrines are not the means to realize the ultimate truth. There is no need to follow them.

Doubts and Confusions arise when seeker finds the scripters and yoga are inadequate or useless to quench his spiritual thirst.   Disappointments in religion or yoga or even science imply error or ignorance.

When serious seeker reaches a stage with all his baggage of accumulate knowledge, then uncertainty haunts him.  Whether he is right?" Where is the certainty that he is proceeding on right lines?" Thus doubts arise and the inquiring spirit comes and impels to search elsewhere for truth where it will not be possible even to have doubt. The test is therefore in experience. And only in non-duality, where there are no two to argue about views or to have difference of opinion can such doubtlessness be possible.  Belief depends upon unstable bases whereas certainty depends on proof.

 Sage Sri, Sankara indicated that:-

VC-56. Neither by Yoga, nor by Sankhya, nor by work, nor by learning, but by the realisation of one's identity with Brahman is Liberation possible, and by no other means.

58. Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar, but are no good for Liberation.

59. The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.

60. The Scriptures consisting of many words are a dense forest which merely causes the mind to ramble. Hence men of wisdom should earnestly set about knowing the true nature of the Self.

61. For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae) and medicines to such a one?

62. A disease does not leave off if one simply utter the name of the medicine, without taking it; (similarly) without direct realisation one cannot be liberated by the mere utterance of the word Brahman.

63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

64. Without killing one’s enemies, and possessing oneself of the splendour of the entire surrounding region, one cannot claim to be an emperor by merely saying, ‘I am an emperor’.

65. As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

66. Therefore the wise should, as in the case of disease and the like, personally strive by all the means in their power to be free from the bondage of repeated births and deaths.

Sri Sankara clearly indicated that: - yoga, intellectualism, scriptural mastery is not the means to self-knowledge.  But by the realisation of one's identity with consciousness, which is ultimate truth or Brahman, freedom from experiencing the illusion as reality is possible, and by no other means.

Seeker of truth has to get rid of his doubts and confusions through deeper self-search on his own, to realize the fact that, the self is not the form but self is formless. Thus his analysis and reasoning has to be based on the formless not on the form.  By simply go on believing and accepting whatever said by the punditry will not lead one towards path of wisdom. All the doubt has to be got rid of "by the sword of Self - Knowledge or Bramha Gnana or Atma Gnana."  The scriptures, yoga are not necessary if one follows the inner (formless) path.  Religion and yoga are not the means to path of wisdom.

Orthodox Advaita based on individualized God is not the means to acquire Self –knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana

Most of the saints and sages of the past are mostly social reformers, thus they are more concerned to the humanism rather than the truth. Their contribution is very valuable to live in the practical world.  Thus humanism is part and parcel of the universe, which is mere illusion.

People think love is the means to self-realization but they are unaware of the fact that, love and hate are made of the same stuff. Love is not the means of self –realization. Love is very much necessary in practical life within the practical world. Love implies duality.  Whatever is of duality is falsehood. Thus love is reality within the falsehood.  Lover and love ceases to exist in reality because the experience of duality is not reality.  The experience of practical life within practical world is reality within the waking experience but waking experience itself is mere illusion created out of consciousness. Thus lover and love are one in essence. Thus path of love is religious path because religion is path of individuality or duality.

The humanism is limited to practical life within the practical world.    The path of love is path for humanity therefore, it is individualized path. Thus path of love is limited to the physical structure, it cannot transport one to ultimate end.  Thus seeker has to understand the fact that the practical life and practical world are part of the mirage from the ultimate standpoint.

The simple reason is that the average person may have desire for knowledge but when the whole society is immersed in belief system and feeling himself   out of place because of societal fear and surroundings circumstances and he thinks it unfits him to pursue the path of truth.

The seeker of truth is one who is ready verify and has courage to accept and reject the truth when he finds out what is truth and what is untruth. The meek will stick to their inherited conditioning remain experiencing duality as reality.

When a yogi realizes that yoga is not the means to acquire self-knowledge than takes up deeper self-search by dropping all the yogic discipline.  Yoga is inadequate and useless in quenching his inner thirst. By indulging in deeper self –search he realizes the self is formless consciousness and the three states are mere mirage created out of consciousness. Therefore he attains Gnana.

The ignorance is the cause of experiencing all sorrow and calamities as reality. Thus eradicating the ignorance completely is necessary. And this is possible only through self-knowledge or Gnana.   Thus, there is no other road to freedom other than Gnana.  There is no other entrance other than except Gnana.  The ignorance will vanish only when the nondual wisdom dawns.

That is why Sri Sankara, indicated  in Bhaja Govindam says: - [Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena] - one without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Then it is no use going roundabout way, trace the Brahman which is the formless substance and witness of the universe, which is in the form of mind.  By tracing the source of the mind or universe one will be able to realize the Brahman.

Thus, self-knowledge is meant only for those who have intense urge, and courage to accept the truth with humility and reject the untruth. Since people start comparing with their scriptural knowledge, it becomes impossible to assimilate and realize the non-dual truth.   Therefore, there is no need to convince anyone other than our own-selves to get the firm conviction.

So they clearly indicate rituals and theories are not meant for those who are searching for the higher knowledge or wisdom.   The path of wisdom is the only means.

All the orthodox Advaitins indulge and immersed themselves in ritualistic oriented life style and follow the path of karma and upasana which is meant for lower and middling intellect   and not for realizing the Advaitic truth.  Many chose these orthodox scholars as their gurus. But these gurus are good to learn the conceptual Adavaita meant for those orthodox who believe their conduct oriented life style leads to Moksha (liberation). Orthodox  Advaita based on individualized God  is not   the means to acquire Self –knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.  Those who are seeking truth have to do their own homework in order to acquire self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana .
