Think and think




One has to become aware of the fact that the ego, body, world or whatever seen, known, belived and experienced is nothing but mind/’I’. If mind/’I’, is there the ego, body, world or whatever seen, known, belived and experienced is there. Absent of mind/’I’, absent of all these. Thus it is necessary to reduce mentally, the whole waking experience into mind. Then only it is possible to reduce the mind into Ataman/spirit. Therefore, it is necessary to understand: “What is mind? and “What is substance the mind?, in order to unfold the mystery of the duality.

The inherited conditioning of old taught and belief patterns which one does not want give up. Seeker must remain open and receptive and ready to accept for change to progress beyond all that inherited programming.

Seeker should not blindly accept anything without verifying the validity of any claims made in the F.S messages, but verify for himself all the facts by deeper thinking, and making sure what is said in the messages in un-contradictable truth. Then only accept it as truth. Deeper thinking is very essential which eradicates the old thinking pattern and inner revelation will reveal the truth one will be able to burn all the accumulated physical based dross. The wisdom does not dawn by discussing arguing, but when one starts thinking deeply, then only he will find the formless path to his non dual destination.

Seeker need s to do his own home work constantly reflecting on the F.S messages until the subconscious start replacing the old pattern of thinking faculty based on the ‘I’[form] as self to soul [formless]as self. Only serious seekers will be able to reach this state, others find it hard, because they are not ready yet.

The soul is always there waiting for everyone to focus there attention on it, but everyone is immersed themselves their own theory and imagination of truth, thus they are blind without the blindness.

Non dual Truth is pretty simple actually but man made it very complicated with his theories and imaginations”. Man has become prisoner of his own theories and imagined truth. His egocentric approach will not allow him to accept anything other then his accepted truth.

Cloud is gathered by the wind, and is driven away by it too. Bondage is created out of the soul/self, and liberation is the knowledge of the soul/self.

Identification of the true self/soul with the physical body is the seed of the illusory pain of birth etc. in people attached to the unreal, so get rid of it with care. When this thought is eliminated, there is no more desire for illusory rebirth. 

 
The five activities forms the vitality sheath, by which the material sheath is filled, and engages in all these activities within the experience of duality and duality is experienced as reality. Thus it is necessary to know the duality is mere illusion/mirage in order to realize the non dual truth.

 
The Breath, being part of the illusion, is not one's true nature either. Like the air, it enters and leaves the body within the waking/dream, thus it cannot be considered as soul/self.

There is no such thing as ignorance beyond the thinking mind. Thought is itself ignorance, the cause of the bondage of becoming. When thought is eliminated, everything else is eliminated. When thought increases ignorance becomes firmer. Thus seeker of truth has to realize the thought rises within the waking /dream, therefore, it is necessary to know the source of the three states, not the source of the thought in order to overcome the duality.


In sleep which is devoid of actual experience, it is the soul alone which is in the form of everything, the experiencer and everything else, and in the waking experience there is no difference. All the three states are soul in there substance.

In deep sleep when the waking experience has gone into abeyance there is nothing, by every one's experience, so individual experience, such as birth, life and death happens within the waking experience, and has no real existence.

By dwelling with desire on the body and other senses the mind binds a man like an animal with a chain, and the seeking mind liberates him from the bond by making him realize the fact that three states are unreal. 

 
The true self/soul, although itself motionless, becomes the actor and the experiencer while identified with this superimposition. Allied to the intellect, just a part of itself, although the true self of everything, and beyond the limitations of such an existence, it identifies itself with this illusory self - as if gold were to identify itself with different shapes of ornaments.

Until one understand, assimilates and realizes ‘what is truth’ and ‘what is untruth’, the words have their value.

If one gets stuck to the meaning words then he becomes intellectual or genius not Gnani.  When one realizes the fact that , his body, his ego , his thoughts and words his belief and  his experience the world are created out of single stuff ,which is consciousness then what value his body ,his ego his thoughts and words, his belief and his experience of the world,  will have when everything  consciousness.  We are discussing within the illusion and illusion is created out of consciousness. Until one think body as body, ego as ego, word as word, thought as thought world as world he will remain in ignorance and the duality will prevail as reality. Thus one has to realize everything in illusion as consciousness then only there is unity in diversity.

The one who knows the one which has name & form is not the self, for him there’s no sense of me and mine, and he is fully aware of the fact that birth, life and death are attached to the name and the form, thus the pleasure and misery is reality  is for the name and form.  Thus one who is fully aware of the fact that, the self has no form and name and all the name and form are mere mirage created out of it,    is deservedly called a Gnani.

Every seeker of truth wants to know how does one attain wisdom? and how does liberation happen? and how is non-attachment attained?

If one wants liberation then he has to renounces the experience of duality, which he is experiencing it as reality, by realizing the true “Self” is not physical but the true self is soul, which is in the form of consciousness.  One has to realize that fact that, the three states are mere mirage created out of consciousness.  Thus one has to accept the untruth as poison, and take truth as nectar. Self is neither the person nor universe. To attain liberation, one has to know the “self” as the witness, conscious of all three states.

Self is does not belong to any religion because it is formless, holding the self as physical, is cause of the ignorance.  Self is not perceived by the eyes or other senses. Self is unattached and without form, it is the witness of the whole universe, which is in the form of mind. 

Religion and atheism, happiness and misery -- all are of the mind, which is in the form universe. Universe or mind is mere an object to the formless Self. Self is not the doer nor the enjoyer it is have always been liberated because it is formless

The most important thing is that neither society nor politics nor any religion has anything to do with the truth. Self –Knowledge helps the seeker transcending emotion, transcending form, time and space. Perhaps this is why pursuit of truth, has not had much impact. 

Religion has been very influential. Mythology is a synthesis. They are more concerned with synthesis than with truth. The attraction for synthesis is so strong that people accept it blindly without verifying their validity. 

Mythology is a hodgepodge containing everything; hence it suits everyone, because there is something in it for everyone. It is difficult to find any tradition whose voice is not found in the mythology. It is difficult to find anyone who does not take solace from the mythology. But for such people Self-Realization   will prove very difficult. 

Nondual truth is not for synthesis – it is an un-contradictable truth and it is ultimate truth. Nondual truth just as it is, without any artifice or coloring.

The knower of non-dual truth is not concerned about the listener, he does not care whether his listener will understand or not. The pure expression of truth comes from the source of his existence.

Self-knowledge will interest only few people; the rest are interested in Religion, yoga other paths and pleasure hunting.

If one has to enter the kingdom of Heaven, then God may one day get annoyed and throw one out again. No one can read God’s mind? Everything is possible. anything that begins must also end. Liberation is not of that kind.


It is impossible for the knowing true Self to become a Seen. Wherever any such thought as that of mortality comes one is in grip of the mirage. In wisdom there is no duality. the Atman is ultimate reality.

Self-knowledge will interest only few people; the rest are interested in Religion, yoga other paths and pleasure hunting.  

It is not the body that has to get freedom but it is the self that is seeking freedom from experiencing the birth, life, death and universe as reality. Only when self-wakes up from the sleep of ignorance by realizing its formless nondual true nature the freedom happens. For this it has to drop the inborn samskara or conditioning of ‘I’ or ‘I AM’ by realizing it not ‘I’ or ‘I AM’.     

Thus it is erroneous to think on the body base when the self is not the body. The self is not the body; therefore the individual life is nothing to do with the formless self. The experience of birth, life, death and the universe are part and parcel of the illusion.  Thus one need not here enter into any account of the course that the soul with its ignorance takes after death—along the way of the fathers, or of the gods, or being debarred from either, according to its works and knowledge. Nor need one enter into any of the other psychological-eschatological questions connected with the state of the soul after the death of the body.  The self is not an individual and self is birthless, deathless, therefore it is erroneous to base the truth of the individual experience of birth, life, death, god and universe. 

Suffice it to say that the round of samsara remains for all except those who have attained the higher knowledge. He who has attained to the knowledge of the identity of the self with consciousness, which involves the distinction of the self from its ignorance and consequently its freedom from them, has thereby attained Moksha, or freedom. This is a freedom for which one has not to wait till after death, but it may be possessed even in this very life.

Advaitin orthodox hold virtue is essential for the attainment of Moksha or freedom. But when the self is not and individual this question is hardly a relevant one. It is not quite just to interpret the knowledge which brings freedom as if it were of the nature of a purely intellectual intuition.

As one goes in deeper self –search one becomes aware of the fact that: - The Upanishads are self-contradictory. Different scholars give different conflicting interpretations of them. Final authority therefore is using our own reason. This does not mean one need to give up the scriptures, but he should apply his reason to them. Reason is common to all, whereas orthodoxy belongs to separatist.

The scriptures are for ignorant masses, who wholly accept the material world as it presents itself. Gnana is for those who have begun to realize that things are not what they seem.

Scriptural citations may be quoted only after one has shown the reality and proved the truth, for then he can point out that the texts teach the same thing. If one quotes them before having demonstrated truth, then it is scholasticism.

Scriptures are of value only when dealing with persons who are incapable of understanding truth. They have no value as authority for those who use reason.

Reason is the common ground for all humanity, whereas the appeal to scriptural relations reaches only groups. Because all the religions are based on the false self and the false experience,  there are   so many conflicting ideas , many changes, divisions and subdivisions ,which leads to all sorts of  doubts and confusions.  When one meets with suffering and disappointment doubts arises. Doubts are absolutely necessary to make one inquire. Pursuit of truth is for getting rid of all doubts.  The pursuit of truth begins with doubt, that doubts one’s own self, one’s own beliefs.
