This consciousness is the essence of all the three states.

People think that, more they think, the more they will get; but it is really an error. It remains only a thought and gives them back only thoughts.  Anything seen, observed, cannot be the Self or the Witness. 

Consciousness (soul) is the substance and the witness of the duality.  The duality is present in the form of mind. The Mind is present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as waking or dream and diapers as deep sleep. The one which is aware of the coming and going of the three states is neither the waking entity nor the dream entity but the formless soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.  When the soul becomes aware of its formless non-dual true nature in the midst of duality it is called self –awareness. It is foolish to limit the consciousness only to duality because the consciousness pervades all the three states 

Consciousness is the shoreless Non-dual Ocean. Consciousness is beyond form, time and space. Consciousness is beyond instinct, intellect, imagination and inspiration. It is unconscious of its true nature when it is in illusion. Only beyond illusion it is in its true nature

This consciousness is the essence of all the three states.  He, who takes this ego to the region beyond physicality and abides there; to him alone the mystery of the three states is revealed, birth, life, death and universe  are the illusory play of the consciousness. Consciousness pervades in everything and everywhere in illusion because the illusion is created out of consciousness, sustained by consciousness and finally dissolves as consciousness.   

Form, time and space are one in essence. That essence is consciousness. Consciousness (soul) is the innermost self.

The Soul (Consciousness) is unconscious of its formless non-dual true nature in waking or dream (duality or illusion).   In Self-Awareness the Soul, the innermost self is aware of its own formless non-dual nature.  In self-awareness, the three states are one is essence.  Awareness is the nature of the soul.  The formless soul (consciousness) can remain with or without the physical awareness (mind or waking or dream).  In deep sleep it remains without the mind or waking or dream.  The one which is aware of the waking or dream and one which is unaware of the waking or dream is not the waking entity (ego) but the soul, which witnesses the coming and going of the three states.

 We have to mentally grasp the existence of the formless witness of the three states, than it becomes very easy to grasp the fact that our body and our experience of world are one is essence and that essence is consciousness, our innermost self.   

People who are yearning for spiritual or Brahmic truth will not find it through intellectualism. Intellectual truth is individual truth.

 Love implies duality and love is individual feelings within the falsehood. Love is necessary and valuable in the stated of ignorance but it is not the means to acquire wisdom.  Love is religious tool to lead harmonious and peaceful life in practical world. 

Religious truth is individual truth and it is not universal truth because the religion is based on individuality.  Spiritual truth is universal truth. There is no scope for individuality in the realm of ultimate truth or Brahman.  In the realm of ultimate truth or Brahman the form, time and space are one in essence. The essence is formless consciousness (soul), the innermost self.   Thus consciousness alone is real and eternal and all else is mere illusion.
