The consciousness is the knower of all and all else is known other than consciousness.

One must be desirous of knowing the ultimate truth. Pursuit of truth is most difficult. But it is not difficult for those serious seekers who want nothing other than the truth.   Receptivity is needed in pursuit of truth. Accumulated knowledge or scriptural mastery or logical conclusions are not yardstick in pursuit of truth.

One cannot imagine the truth and imagination is not truth. Imagination is possible only when there is duality. Duality is false hood.  All our individual experiences are part and parcel of the duality.  Therefore our individual experiences of birth, life, death and the world are falsehood. To realize it is falsehood one has to realize the fact that, the self is neither the waking entity nor the dream entity but the self is the formless substance and witness of the three states.

Only when one becomes aware of that he is in bondage, when he gets the idea of the soul. He tries to know the soul, which is inner most self.   When he becomes aware of the fact that, the inner most self is not the form but it is formless, then only the urge of liberation arises. Once this urge arises then it is impossible to get rid of it. Thus he becomes restless until he becomes aware of the truth he is seeking for.

The soul, which is the innermost self, is in the form of consciousness. The self is prior to all, bondage and liberation, truth and falsehood. Its existence is self-proved, it cannot be doubted, for it is the essential nature of him who doubts it.

It is known in immediate perception, prior to all proof. Self is eternal, immutable and complete. Bondage is its association with the three states through ignorance.  The self is neither the waking entity nor the dream entity but it is the formless witness of the waking or dream as the whole. Until one is ignorant he thinks on the base of his waking entity or ego as self and judges on the base of the ego or physical self. This is cause of ignorance and cause of all doubts and confusion. Therefore, his reasoning base has to be rectified from form to formless in order to know what is truth and what is untruth.

Soul is the true self. The true self is in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is something other than the physical existence because it cannot be traced as thing or an object. It pervades in everything and everywhere in the whole physical existence.  It is the cause of the physical existence and it itself is uncaused.

Consciousness persists through all three states. One has to mentally negate all the three states in order to realize the fact that the witness is within the three states and it is without the three states. It is within the three states as their formless substance and it is without the three states as their formless witness.

The true existence is consciousness without the form, time and space. Therefore the self is nothing other than the consciousness. However, this consciousness is not the flux of states, a stream of consciousness.

Consciousness is the knower, knowledge, the known. It is infinite, transcendent, the essence of absolute knowledge. And it is also -illumined, free, and real. Thus the consciousness is the knower of all and all else is known other than consciousness. The known is mere illusion created out of the formless knower.  Therefore, the knower and the known are one in essence.   In reality there is neither the knower nor the known but only oneness.

Our true identity is birth- less and deathless.

Universe, which is in the form of the mind,   is the same as the soul, which is in the form of consciousness. Thus, mind and soul are one in essence. The essence is consciousness.  Consciousness is the ultimate reality.

When one becomes aware of the fact that, the mind and soul are one in essence, then he becomes aware of: - what is oneness of mind and soul.

It is the individual ego which is the doer, the enjoyer, the sufferer within world.  The world is falsehood, which appears as waking or dream and disappears as deep sleep. Individuality and individual experiences are experienced as reality within the waking experience is falsehood. Thus it is necessary to discover and realize how the universe, which appears as waking, is falsehood.

The consciousness or true self in its ignorance of its formless non-dual true nature, enjoys, suffers and acts within the world of duality. And it becomes free from duality when it becomes aware of its formless non-dual true nature by realizing all forms and names experiences are mere mirage created out of itself. There is no duality in its true nature.  Thus it is necessary to realize the self is not the form but self is formless, in order to realize the form based experiences are falsehood.

Universe is universe. Mind is mind. Mirage is mirage.

Reality is reality. Consciousness is consciousness. Existence is existence.  Universe which is in the form of mind is mere mirage. One has to discover how the mirage came in to existence?  Without the form, time and space there is no mirage, means there is no mind. If there is no mind  then there is no universe. If there is no universe then there is no birth, life and death.

If there is no birth, life and death then there is only  formless existence, which is ultimate reality.  Therefore, there is need to realize the fact that the self is not the form but self is formless in order to realize our true identity is birth- less and deathless.

When the form is not the self, then the time and space are non-existent. Without the form, time and space there is no mirage. The one which witnesses the form, time and space is formless, timeless and spaceless existence.  Thus form, time and space are created out of single stuff, which is formless consciousness.

Nothing is ever born, nothing lives and nothing dies from ultimate standpoint

Sage Sri Sankara says in VC :- "All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman which is absolutely free from all the limitations of human thought."

I AM' is not Self and Self is not 'I AM'. 'I AM' is bound by form, time and space. Without the form, time and space 'I AM' cease to exist. Holding ' I Am as Self one remains in clutches of duality. When there is duality than there is ignorance. Ignorance is cause of experiencing the duality (illusion) as reality. The person who identifies Self as 'I AM' will not be able to cross the threshold of duality. There is no point in saying 'I AM' this or 'I AM THAT' because the 'self' is that which witness the 'I AM' and the world together without the physical apparatus.

Consciousness us the ultimate cause of the duality. The spirit and the matter seem to be opposed to each other in duality, but in reality there is no duality because the matter is mere mirage created out of the spirit.

All the forms and names are   nothing but consciousness. The sense of form, time and space are within the duality. All dualistic experiences are reality within the duality. The duality is mere mirage from the ultimate standpoint.  Thus nothing is ever  born, nothing lives and nothing dies from ultimate standpoint.  Thus the universe, where the birth, life and death takes place is mere mirage created out of consciousness. The consciousness alone is real without the mirage.

The thought of the witness [soul] comes only when one inquires in to witnessed [mind or universe]. A person sees the world within the waking or dream. The witness is not the person who sees the objects and things within the waking or dream.  The witness is that which witnesses the coming and going of the three states, without the physical apparatus.   This has to be grasped mentally.

Religions place God as the unknown reality. Everyone has a different idea of God. Every man has a different idea of truth. Hence there is need of definition before study.

The fallacy of religionist’s appeal to scripture lies in the varying and conflicting interpretations of the same scripture which different men feel entitled to give or hold.

The yogi or mystic who sees or experiences something in his meditation which he takes as the highest, but he is fully unaware of the fact that , the waking  experience itself is falsehood from the ultimate standpoint.   Thus all his experiences are part and parcel of that falsehood.  Thus how his visions and experiences and Samadhi based on the false entity within the false experience can be ultimate truth.  When the self is not the form but the self is formless consciousness then all the theories and experiences and visions based on form as self is bound to be falsehood.  Thus whatever based on the form as self has to be negated mentally. Whatever prevails without the form, name and experiences is ultimate truth.

Only in duality one imagines the existence of God. When the duality is not reality then whatever one imagines and experiences within the duality is falsehood because the duality is reality only when one considers the self as form but deeper inquiry revels the fact that the self is not the form but the self is formless.  Thus imagining and accepting the theories based on the form as self is cause of ignorance. And ignorance is cause of experiencing the duality as reality. Duality is cause of accepting the birth, life, death and the world as reality.   Thus getting rid of the ignorance with deeper introspection and realizing the fact that, the self is not form but self is formless consciousness, is the only way to overcome the illusory experience of duality, in the midst of duality.
