Self-Knowledge helps the seeker to get emancipation from experiencing the birth, life and death as reality.

People run from one guru to another. One ashram to another in search of truth.   However, finding, assimilating and realizing the non-dual truth requires lots of patience. Self Realization does not happen in an instant because it is inner work. Truth is here, right now right here. There is no need to search it in the world. One has everything he needs.

Man has to rise triumphant in to the realm of reality of his true existence that is the burning requirement of today. Eventually, when man, surfeited by inanities of religion, god glorification, yogic practice of materialism, need to turn to the perennial springs of spiritual truth, to quench his spiritual thirst.

Self-Knowledge helps the seeker to get emancipation from experiencing the birth, life and death as reality.

Self-knowledge is very simple. It is for the serious seekers, who have the real urge of knowing the mystery behind their own existence. Self-knowledge is revolutionary understanding based on the soul, which is the true self. The soul is formless nondual in its nature. The soul is in the form of spirit/consciousness.

Self-knowledge leads the Seeking Mind in to inquire, analyze and reason how to find detachment or freedom from experience of duality and attain wisdom. The seeker who is receptive and ready for transformation happens simultaneously as it assimilates Self-Knowledge.

The seeker, who has intense urge and capacity grasp the truth, immediately awakens as the witness and substance of the three states.
Seekers of truth can enlightenment in this very life through Self-knowledge through proper guidance and understanding.

Self-Knowledge has to be assimilated not on the base of ‘I’ as self, but on the base of the soul, which is the true self to understand, assimilate and realize the reality. Since, ‘I’ is not the self but the soul is the true self. Hence, seeker has to identify the self as soul and proceed in pursuit of truth, not as HE or SHE but as IT because the soul has no gender.

Pursuit of truth takes the Seeking Mind embarking on a rare mental journey. There is noting to strive physically for. Seeking Mind has to have to find and realize the formless substance and witness of the three states. Seeking Mind has to descend into the depth of inquiry and reasoning to understand, assimilate and realize the reality of his true existence.

By inquiring, reasoning, understanding, assimilating, listening, reflecting the Seeking Mind becomes more receptive. F.S weaves its insights to seduce the Seeking Mind to shift its attention from the physical experience to its own formless non-dual true nature, which is soul/self.

Moment the Seeking Mind senses the tranquility of its true nature, then the  waking experience is mere mirage or illusion on the standpoint of the formless  soul, which is the innermost self. When the seeking mind becomes fully aware of the fact that, the formless  substance and the witness of the three states is the soul, and the substance and the witness both are one in essence. That essence is soul/spirit.

Self-knowledge is based on the source from the mind arises, and the source to which it returns. Without discovering the source, the truth realization is impossible.

Truth lies beyond religion and god glorification. Scriptures, yoga, theories are meant for common people who are incapable to grasp the truth. The religion, god and scriptures are based on the physical entity or ego. The truth is based on the formless soul. The soul has no religion because it is formless soul or consciousness.

That is “Soul itself is ultimate truth”. Therefore, searching the truth on the base of religion, god and scriptures and yogic practice will not yield any fruits, because they all are based on body as self. When they are based on physical entity as self, then the three states seems to be real.

Soul/Self is the formless, timeless and spaceless one; it pervades in everything and everywhere in the three states that is, Waking, dream and deep sleep as their formless substance and witness. Deeper inquiry, analysis and reasoning on the base of the soul as self, unfolds the mystery of the mind.

All physical based spiritual teachings such as religion, god glorification, scriptural studies and yoga are inadequate or useless in pursuit of truth.

F.S guidance helps the Seeking Mind to realize the fact that not only world is myth, but also the mind is myth, in addition the Waking experience itself is myth. Whatever prevails without the myth is the soul. Soul or consciousness  is ultimate reality or Brahman.
