Religion and yoga are not
the means to truth realization; however, they are good for the mass. For common
mass, the religion, God and yoga is more suited. Non dual truth is for the few
who can grasp it. Every religion taught this or that, and the teachings
contradict each other. Therefore, religious truth is individual truth not
universal.
Religion is for the mass;
however, it is not for the seeker of truth. Seeker of truth is trying to
acquire non-dual wisdom. Seeker of truth
must respect religionists and yogis because they are ignorant, and they are not
in position to understand the higher truth. Thus, seekers of truth should not
condemn religion and yoga is indulged in arguing with them. They should not
discuss about the truth pursuit with religionists and yogis because they have
accepted the birth entity, god and the universe as reality blindly without
verifying.
The truth pursuit is for
one who can think for himself, he has the right to think; whereas the lowest
regards questioning as blasphemous and dangerous to religion.
Many people cannot grasp
non-dual truth, even though they are highly intelligent and well read, and they
would only misunderstand it, because they view and judge the world view on the
base of ‘ego, which is the false self within the false experience. Furthermore,
they try to prove their point with their accumulated scriptural knowledge.
Religion for religious scholars who cannot think beyond religion
and god, however, they ought not to have the conceit that the religion is the
highest. Religion is meant for the mass, while spirituality is meant for the
seekers of truth.
The self-realized mind is called Gnani. The Gnanis help seekers according to their
level of understanding, listening religious or mystic fables from yogis and religionists.
They discuss non-dual truth, with seekers of truth.
