Even hard-core materialists, scientists, skeptics, cynics, atheists and anti-religionists suddenly become interested in a quest of truth after they confront these queries in themselves

Everyone is basically dreamers. The individual comes to realize, through the experiences of biological birth, physical pain and agony, dying and death, that no matter what he does in life, he cannot escape the inevitable: he will have to leave this world bereft of everything he has accumulated and achieved and to which he has been emotionally attached.

The similarity between birth, life and death- the startling realization that the beginning of life is the same as its end prompt the opening up of areas of spiritual and religious experiences. These appear to be intrinsic part of the human personality and are independent of the individual’s cultural and religious background and programming.

One gradually develops convincing insights in to utmost relevance of the spiritual and religious dimensions in the universal scheme of things. Even hard-core materialists, scientists, skeptics, cynics, atheists and anti-religionists suddenly become interested in a quest of truth after they confront these queries in themselves. Having thus discovered the truth in the depths of his own core of existence, the awakened then embarks on a journey to find truth in all life. Thus starts the quest for Ultimate Truth.

Proving a one religion wrong does not make another better. Proving a follower of one religion wrong does not make a follower of another religion better. All religions have their own flaws. We have to admit it.

One has to find out within for himself by following any religion whether he has become better human being, more peaceful, more tolerant, and more spiritual. If not, by vomiting our venom against others religion shows where we really stand and how far away we are from the Ultimate reality/truth.

One has to remember, the Truth or God or whatever one may want to call is independent of religions and independent of what every one of us think about it.  When one has little glimpse of the ultimate reality/truth and he   will keep become aware of the fact in the realm of truth the experience of diversity [duality] is mere illusion.

Seeker of truth has to think about it. A Gnani is does not belongs to any religion/sect.  For him the three states are just a passing show. Thus the godly business such as prayer, worship, glorifying is mere illusion within the duality. For a Gnani the ultimate truth is god. The ultimate truth is Ataman is the true self.

When everything in physical existence nothing but mind.  The body, ego and universe cease to exist without the mind. Limiting the mind to the physical entity is cause of the ignorance and ignorance is cause of experiencing the duality is reality. Therefore it is necessary to know “what is mind” and “what is the substance of the mind?” and what is the source of the mind in order to move deeper in pursuit of truth. Until we think the mind is within the body we will not be able to assimilate the non-dual truth because deeper self-search revels the fact that, the body and the universe are within the mind.   Therefore we have to remove the obstacle mentally to realize the mind, which is in the form of universe is mere myth.

If one thinks: "I know Atman well," then surely he knows but little of its form; he knows only its form as conditioned by man or by the concept of gods. Therefore consciousness has to be grasped through inquiry, analysis and reasoning on the true base.

Atman, which is in the form of consciousness, is not known by those who know it; it is known by those who do not know it.  That is when one says he knows Atman; he is saying it as a person. The consciousness cannot be applied only to the individuality but to the whole experience [three states]. But in reality the person and world created out of consciousness, thus nothing exits other than consciousness. Thus if one says he knows consciousness as a person, he is making a wrong statement. One must know consciousness as the formless clay of the three states [whole].

Consciousness is known when it is realized in every state of mind; for by such Knowledge one attains Immortality. By consciousness one obtains strength; by Knowledge, Immortality
If a man knows consciousness as self here, he then attains the non-dual goal of his mission. If he does not know it here, he remains ignorance experiencing the cycle of birth, life and death as reality. Having realized the Self in every being, the wise relinquish the world and become immortal.

By the knowing of consciousness, the three states become known.  Thus the formless knower of the three states is consciousness. Until one becomes aware of the fact that the consciousness is the true self, he is bound to believe that the body is the knower and views and judges the worldview on the standpoint of body [I] as self, thus remain ignorant of the fact that, the consciousness/Atman is the true self.

Only through Higher Knowledge the Imperishable consciousness is attained.  By means of the Higher Knowledge the one  beholds in everything and  everywhere consciousness, which otherwise cannot be seen or seized, which has no root or attributes, no eyes or ears, no hands or feet; which is eternal and omnipresent, all—pervading and extremely subtle; which is imperishable and the source of  three states.

Ignorant, dwelling in ignorance, but wise in their own conceit and puffed up with vain scholarship, wander about, being afflicted by many ills, like blind led by the blind.

People, immersed in ignorance in various ways, flatter themselves, saying: We have accomplished life's mission. Because these performers of karma do not know the non-dual Truth owing to their attachment, they will never be able to cross the ocean of duality or cycle of birth, life and death.

People regarding religious rituals, god glorification and sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. By expecting reward for their good deeds they remain in the clutches of duality and fully ignorant about the true self/Ataman/consciousness.

Gnani who is in tranquility of non-dual consciousness, who lives as a householder/commoner  and never poses himself as man of knowledge, but helps and guides the serious seeker as a fellow seeker by inspiring them  until they reach their non-dual destination.

Gnani knows all and understands all and full y aware of the fact that, the experiences of the three states belongs to consciousness alone. He assumes as the experiences of the three states [duality and non-duality]. Consciousness dwells in the three states as its formless clay. By the knowledge of that formless clay which shines as the blissful and immortal consciousness, the Gnani behold consciousness the true self fully in all things.
