Spiritual maturity is being ready
to let go everything. Giving up the unreality is the a first step, but real giving-up is the
insight that there's nothing to be given up, because experience of diversity is
created out of single formless clay. And that formless clay itself is the true
self since nothing is can owned by
anyone as a person since the soul, the innermost self is the sole owner.
Thus by realizing the experience of diversity[waking] is
mere illusion on the standpoint of the soul or consciousness which is the innermost self is very much necessary to realize what is what.
When one knows thoughts are reality within the experience of duality, and thoughts arise only after the experience of duality [waking/dream], it is no use of suppressing the thoughts or finding the source of the thought, instead find the source of the mind/duality. The idea of individuality is within the experience of duality, therefore birth, life and death, which is based on the individual identity, is false hood; because neither the body nor the ‘I’ is the true self. The ‘’I’ is formed because of considering the soul and body together as self.
When you don't require anything from the world and nothing from God, when you don't desire anything, when you don't strive for anything, don't expect anything by realizing the whole experience of diversity is mere mirage, and the formless substance and witness of the mirage is the soul/self, then the truth will start unfolding on its own unasked and unexpected.
The wish for truth is the best of all wishes, but it's still a wish. Seeker of truth has to realize the fact that all wishes and desires are part of the mirage/duality that the truth can be realized only when one becomes aware of the formless substance and witness of the mirage or duality.
Seeker has to realize the fact that, when he encounters sorrow and suffering, remain with it and don't try to escape from it because it is part of the mirage or duality. Seeker should not throw himself into blind activity. Neither god glorification nor rituals can really help. Whatever is happening is happening within the duality or mirage. When seeker becomes aware of the formless witness and substance as true self, he will realize the fact that, the birth, life and death are mere illusion, on the standpoint of true self.
Remaining within
the duality and uncover their roots – through inquiry, analysis and reasoning
and overcoming the all the doubts by Understanding and assimilating the
knowledge of the true self and becoming free of duality in the midst of
duality is non-dual wisdom.
