Yoga, Silence, path of love, meditation, rituals and devotion are based
on the false self (ego or waking entity) and false experience (waking) does not yield truth one seeking for,
because the truth is beyond false self (ego) and false experience (universe).
Mysticism is based on individual experience. The self is not individual because
the self, which s in the form of consciousness, pervades in everything and
everywhere in all the three states. Blind beliefs without verification and
argument and interpretation of the base of the false self are not verified
knowledge therefore it is not truth.
In the ancient time, religious,
Yogic or mystic disciplines, which were not an end in itself, considered to be a
means for self-realization. But such discipline is almost impossible task for
the modern man to adopt. Day by day modern man is becoming aware of the fact
that, the religion and the yoga are nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman .
The modern mindset is pre-eminently scientific
owing to the great progress that science has made. And the best method of
freeing the one from his inaccurate ways of thinking is to imbue him as fully
as possible with the scientific spirit. It is therefore only one who possesses
a clear knowledge of its methods and results i.e., who is able to make reason
the highest means of enquiry that would be fit for Self-knowledge or Brahma
Gnana or Atma Gnana.
When the yogi
thinks his body as self and sits to meditate. He is thinking his -
physical body as self; and tries to get rid of his thoughts. It means he has
accepted his-self to the body. Thus, he is trying to experience the Samadhi as
a person. That means he is basing his self on the false identity within the
false experience. Therefore, yogic Samadhi practiced and experienced on
the false physical entity. Whatever is based on the physical entity has to be
falsehood. Therefore, it is very much necessary to know the fact that, the
‘Self ' is not physical but it is formless. It is his bondage, that
he practices Samadhi meditation on the base of his false identity. Thus it is
necessary to know the true self before indulging in pursuit of truth.
The seeker
has to put aside the imagination and indulge in deeper self-search. One can get only a
thought through thinking. The thinker and the thoughts are part of the duality,
not of the reality. Meditation is only an effort of the physical self (waking
entity or ego); it is mere imagination or an idea. The truth is, the
self remains the same with or without duality.
When the soul,
the innermost self’s attention is riveted to the world, it is in forgetfulness
of itself. All external objects are an internal idea. And idea is mental. When
one is absorbed in thinking of anything he is either in waking or in
dream. As a person within the waking or dream he unaware of the subject
which is the formless soul or consciousness , the innermost self.
Thinking body
as subject and observing everything is the cause of the ignorance. The subject
is neither the body nor the mind. Formless Soul or consciousness,
the innermost self, witnesses the body and world together. That is it witnesses
the waking and dream like T.V show.
The formless
soul or consciousness, the innermost self, witnesses all these three
states which appear and diaper in succession. The objects within the waking
dream are mental; hence they are a mere mirage created out of consciousness. When
the physical structure is mentally dismantled through wisdom, whatever prevails
without the physical structure is the formless soul or consciousness,
which is ultimate truth or Brahman.
The formless soul is the innermost self.
The formless soul is present in the form of consciousness. The consciousness pervades in everything and
everywhere in all the three states. If the self is not the form but the self is
formless than there is no value for the theoretical philosophies and scientific
inventions which are based on the false self (ego or waking entity) and false experience(waking).
The consciousness is ultimate truth or
Brahman. Consciousness is the ground of the universe, the consciousness is the
first cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused.
Ultimate
truth cannot be defined in positive terms because any definition would mean
limitation. One has to realize the fact
that, the universe and all its contents are a mere mirage created out of
consciousness. That means the mind (matter)
and the soul (spirit) are one in essence.
