The illusion is present in the form of:~

• The ego, body,  and the world 
•  
  
• The Form,  the time and space
•  
• The Birth, the  life and the  death
•  
• The Pain and  the pleasure,
•  
• The Burden and  the bondage
•  
• The  Waking,  the dream, and the  deep sleep
•  
• The Universe or the mind  or the duality

The Illusion is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the formless soul. The Soul is in the form of consciousness. Because of ignorance, illusion is experienced as a reality. Illusory reality deludes because it is based on the egocentricity. In egocentricity one is unaware of the ultimate truth and he permanently remains in ignorance experiences the illusion as a  reality.: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

  Jesse Britten:  Illusion is also Brahman/Atman?by recognizing the illusion as the formless Soul/consciousness one is freed from illusion?

  Santthosh Kumaar The illusion is created out of the Atman which is present in the form if the consciousness. Thus, there is no second thing exists other than the consciousness. Thus, the Atman or consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

  Santthosh Kumaar:  The illusion and Atman are one in essence. There is no illusion from the standpoint of the Atman. The Atman alone exists. Thus, Atman is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

  Santthosh Kumaar:  The ultimate truth or Brahman dwells within the three states like fragrance in the flower; Musk lies within the Musk-deer yet seeks it afar." Until one trace the truth within the three states the illusion of birth, life, death and the world is experienced as reality.
