Man lives in the ignorance of innate reality. Entangled by the elements, he becomes ignorant and experiences the birth, life and death and pain and pleasure as reality. The formless path exhorts the seekers to seek liberation from the consequence of ignorance through self-knowledge. By self-knowledge alone can freedom from duality/falsehood is possible.
The two weapons to overcome this bondage are discrimination between real [non duality] and unreal [duality] and detachment from the unreal [duality]. Formless path helps the seekers of truth to exercise such discrimination to discover or merge with the original source.
