Consciousness is Absolute is alone and real.

Blinded with the illusion very few grasp the non-dual truth. Only few escape from the web of illusion, only few seekers are able to acquire self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Consciousness is ultimate truth. Consciousness  is  Absolute is alone and  real. The waking is unreal; and the three states are non-different from Consciousness because they are created out of consciousness.

Whatever is, is Consciousness. Consciousness itself is absolutely homogeneous. All difference and plurality are illusory."  Consciousness is not a person. But if one wants to call it God or Paramataman , then fine but it is neither  a person nor an entity nor thing.

The realization of truth is not intellectual understanding. Self- Realization is about realizing the fact that, the self is not physical, but it is the formless soul or consciousness.  Intellectual, logical, analytical perspective is based on the false self, will not help the seeker to reach his non-dual destination. The truth is beyond intellectual understanding and only the serious seekers who are free from preconceived accumulated ideas can get there.

To make the mind still one has to have the perfect understanding of the whole experience without mixing up with accumulated ideas from the religion, scriptures and yogic ideas and theoretical knowledge based on the logic.

The mind becomes still only when one accepts the fact that consciousness is the true self, and rejects ‘I’ as self mentally.  There is no use of seeking truth on the base of ‘I’ which is not the self.  This base can be rectified through deeper Self-search through perfect understanding and assimilating. Though it may look difficult at first gradually the serious seeker will get a hang of it, and will start feeling the non-dual tranquillity.   This is possible only through constant mental effort through reflection on the formless witness of the three states.

The word illusion is used as a suggestion to the subconscious to bifurcate the real from the unreal. Since truth pursuit is completely a mental journey, suggesting the right suggestions to the subconscious is the only way. The word illusion scares many, but there is no need to get scared, nothing is lost, only the ignorance will disappear and one will be able to view and judge the birth, life and death on the base of consciousness, thus the burden of the duality will be shifted from form to formless thus one gets freedom from experiencing the duality which he is experiencing as reality right here and now, consciously living within the duality, until it disappears on its own and become one with the eternal identity.

Soulcentric Inquiry and reasoning reveal the fact that,  neither that, neither physical body nor the ‘ego’ the true self.  The formless witness of the ‘I’ is the true self.  The formless witness is consciousness.  The three mental states of waking, dream and deep sleep are unreal, because they have no permanence. Man and his experience of the world is the reality within the waking  or dream. But the point is the waking is also as unreal as dream. They come and go.  Thus one has to realize the fact that there must be a knower [witness] of these three states which appear and disappear in succession.
