Adyathmic discussion -317(karma)

The karma theory is meant for those who are immersed in worldly life thinking the individual life within the particle world as reality. In
the path of truth the karma theory becomes a great obstacle in realizing the truth.

The reincarnation is based on the karma theory. The karma theory is based on the birth, life and death. The birth, life and death are reality only on the base of the false self.
Thus whatever based on the false self is bound to be falsehood. By accepting the karma theory is accepting the falsehood as reality. Thus whatever is based on the birth identity will not yield any truth. If one accepts the karma theory then it is impossible to treat the world as illusion. All the pundits’ explanation of karma theory carries no weight on realm of truth from the ultimate standpoint.

When the self is not form but the self is formless soul, how the karma will affect the birthless self.

That Karma which is done in a previous life which produces the present life is a mere religious theory. ‘Ego’  or waking entity  is not the self, and the true self is birthless entity, because it is formless. Karma theory has no value in the realm of truth, because self has no birth. The one which is born, lives and dies is the false entity within the false experience.--FORMLESS PATH

    • Divya Kumar Realization... Enlightenment....is the awakening from the delusion of personal karma. As long as we identify with self = karma and reincarnation! When there is no identification with the self =no karma reincarnation

      This is usually a process

      ss:
We move from personal self to Universal Self, and as universal self there is no other...so automatically when there is no 'other' there is no blame guilt judgment etc= thus no karma!
in this awareness… there happens a big sweep of all so called karma of seeming past/or current lives with seeming others!

Then as we abide as no self...it dawns on us there is no me to have a separate track of cayuse and effect... all is just the cosmic play

    • Santthosh Kumaar I respect your views and wisdom. The Karma theory is reality only on the base of the false self, where one thinks body and the universe as reality. When one becomes aware of the fact that, the true self is formless soul, then the karma becomes part and parcel of illusion. My point is that, if one accepts the karma theory as reality, he will never be able to come out of the ignorance. And ignorance makes him believe the cycle of birth, life and death as a reality. Thus the freedom which one is seeking will remain a distant dream. For the one who accepts the birth life and death as a reality, Self-knowledge is impossible.

Thus it is necessary for the seeker of truth to know the fact that, the body which is born, lives and dies is not the self. Since he is taking the body to be the self, he is experiencing the duality as reality.

As Sage Sri, Sankara says:- When the whole universe, movable and immovable, is known to be Atman, and thus the existence of everything else is negated, where is then any room to say that the body is Atman.

If the body is not the Atman/self, then the karma theory has no meaning on the standpoint of the truth. Thus no second thing exists other than Atman, therefore why to view the world-wide on the standpoint of the body as self (ego or waking entity) when the body(ego or waking entity) is the false self, and the soul or Atman is the true self.

If the body is not the self, then the birth, life, death and the universe are bound to be an illusion. If birth, life and death are illusion then all conducts action and their fruits are mere illusion. If the body is not the self, then the existence of god, heaven and hell is mere illusion. If the body is not the self then all religious beliefs of god is mere illusion. If the body is not the self but the Atman (soul) which is in the form of consciousness is the true self, then there is no scope for second thing other than consciousness, therefore consciousness, which is Atman is Brahman or ultimate truth. The Brahman alone is real and eternal. Thus whatever is real and  eternal has to be identified as a god. To identify the real and eternal, one has to overcome the ignorance caused by the illusion. To overcome the ignorance one has to acquire the Self-Knowledge or Bramha Gnana or Atma Gnana.
