From the ultimate standpoint the three states are mere illusion***

The three states are that which is known to the waking entity but is not there: it appears to exist but from the ultimate standpoint the three states are mere illusion because the three states are one in essence and that essence is  the consciousness.  In reality there is no such thing exists as form, time and space.

The Time does not stop for this minute period. There is no visible thing that exists even for a moment. Form, time and space are merely an idea within the illusion. All objects exist only within the illusion. Unreality and change both mean the same. Within the illusion waking entity think that it is an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to him and he is born it afterwards.

All talk of death can apply only to the waking world. The witness is always there. A Gnani is fully aware of the fact that he and his experience of the world part and parcel of the illusion.

The self is not the  ego. The ego, body and the world are present only when the waking or dream is present. Thus  one has to find out what is it that witnesses the  coming and going of the three states.  The , the body and world  ego  appear  along with  the waking or the  dream and vanishes along with  the waking or the  dream.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that there  no separate individuals at all, there is no variety of beings, all are really the undivided consciousness, which is the soul, the  innermost self.  The experience of  birth, life, death and the world are nothing to do with the soul, the innermost self,  is birthless,  because it is formless.

The  experience of the birth, life, death and the world are mere an  appearance. Their reality is limited to the illusory waking experience alone.   That to which birth, life and death cannot be applied is the formless witness. It is the only thing known that does not vanish, because it is “the unborn.” But as everything that is seen and everything that is known within the waking or dream, is also consciousness, the innermost self. Thus the formless witness and the witnessed (mind or the universe) are one in essence.

Therefore all things are really unborn, uncreated because they are mere created out of unborn material.

The seeker has to Look within, think deeply, and he finds that the consciousness, the knower is really the innermost self, and that what one regard as his self is ultimately the unborn witness.

That which blocks the way of acceptance of non-dualistic truth even the most thinkers is the ego. If thinkers realize the fact that ,  their  body, ego and their experience of the  world are created out of  single stuff than  it is possible for them to   grasp the non-dualistic truth  in lesser time and effort .

The main reason why egocentricity prevents such understanding is that it causes a person to be strongly attached in the belief that consciousness is the support of the individual.

Whatever is born, lives and dies within the illusory waking experience.  The birth, life, death and the world are reality within the waking experience.  The birth, life, death and world are reality within the waking experience. The waking experience is mere falsehood from the ultimate standpoint.  There is no use thinking how the body functions or with what body functions. The dream body functions within the dream and waking body functions within the waking experience.

One has to find out what powers the dream as a whole to realize the same power, powers the waking as whole.  The one who knows all the three states are one is essence also aware of the fact that the form, time and space are one in essence and that essence is consciousness, which is the innermost self.  When one realizes the innermost self is not the body but formless consciousness than: where is the body, where is world in taintless consciousness. They are or have become  the consciousness.  The soul or the consciousness  is the  ultimate truth or Brahman.
