People who argue there is nothing beyond the universe; there is nothing other than the matter; that the body was the man; and death was end of all.

People who argue there is nothing beyond the universe; there is nothing other than the matter; that the body was the man; and death was end of all.  According to them there is no truth other than the practical life within the practical world, which they hold as reality. Their only agenda is as long as they live in the world live happily with all the pleasant things of life, who can demonstrate that there is something left after the physical death.  Beg, borrow or steal – but live happily is their mantra.

There are also people who believe strongly there is  a spirit which defied the ravages of time, which cannot be confined in space; that spirit transcends the limits of this universe in which the body exists.

How one can decide what is truth,   when he is bound by birth, life and death or form, time and space?

The consciousness is the innermost self. And nature of the consciousness is formless and non-dual.  One should realize the consciousness as whole universe without parts.  To describe non-duality as a system is erroneous because the dual and non-dual is the nature of the self. Duality is illusory nature of the self and non-duality is real nature of the innermost self, which is consciousness.  Ultimate truth  cannot be confined into a narrow set of ideas.

Only the seekers who has intense urge and receptive and sharpness to grasp will be able to reach their inner destination. Rest will remain in the illusion [outer] experiencing the birth, life, death and the world as reality.

It is necessary to for the seeker of truth to inquire on his own and realize the non-dual truth without any scriptures in this very life time, and make sure of the fact that, the three states are mere mirage created out of consciousness and consciousness alone is real and eternal.

Thus by quoting one authority from one scripture, and another authority from another scripture, and trying to prove and realize the truth is like, trying to drain the ocean drop by drop.

Scriptural knowledge is conceptual divisions invented by teachers of philosophy by their excessive analysis. Where do all these concepts end? Why should confusion created and then explained away? Fortunate is the man who does not lose himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, but goes straight to the source from which they all arise.

The direct path to the truth is by tracing the source from which the false arises. Thus the source is the soul or consciousness is the innermost  self. Soul or consciousness  itself is ultimate truth or Brahman.  Thus it is necessary to view the worldview on the base of the source, which the true self, and formless substance and witness of the experience of diversity. Thus deeper inquiry, analysis and reasoning on the true base, one can acquire the self –knowledge in lesser time and effort.  The unity in diversity is possible only through self-knowledge not by mastering the scriptural knowledge.
