The burden of duality is on Ataman
Seeker has to realize the fact that, he is not the author of his own experience. Due to ignorance of the true self one experiences the duality as reality. The burden of the experience of duality is not on us, but on the true author. Seeker has to realize the fact that, the burden of duality is on the Ataman, and casting the burden on the Ataman, in the midst of the experience of duality [waking], frees him experiencing the duality as reality.
Since, man accumulates all physical based knowledge, and trying to assimilate the self knowledge, he is caught up in the egocentric [physical based] prison. The good or evil, birth and death, pain and pleasure, negative or positive are reality, within the duality, which is based on the false self.
Until one expects to receive the knowledge from religious or yogic guru he remains slave of his own ego. The scriptural and theoretical knowledge or human conducts are not the qualification to acquire self-knowledge.
It is unfortunate that the, whole of seeker life is wasted in searching the truth, in every religion, theory, scriptures, path and practices, and many get stuck or get satisfied, with their chosen paths.
Nisagadutta Maharaj was illiterate, and a slum dweller, who was running a beedi shop in the slum. And seekers from all over the world used to take guidance on Non duality. His teachings are considered one of the best non dual teachings, in the world. It proves the fact that even the illiterate can acquire the self-knowledge.
Many think non duality is going blank or remaining in inaction. It is wrong concept. But learning to view and judge the experience duality[I], from the base of Ataman[non-duality] , that is, becoming the witness of the experience of birth, life and death[waking or duality].
Only the seekers, who have tried all the paths, and practices of the world, and finds then inadequate and useless, will turn to pursuit of the truth, to quench his spiritual thirst, will be able to realize the true author of the false experience, and is his eternal true identity.
Constant reflecting on the true nature of the true identity will help them to establish as the formless non dual witness of the experience of duality.
Thus, one has to realize the fact that, we are not the author of his own experience, and realize the fact that, the burden of the world [duality], is not on him, but on the formless author, which is Ataman or spirit.
