Waking/dream is only mind/'I'. If there is no mind/'I', then there is no waking/dream. Mind is mere an experience, not experiencer. Thus man perceiving the world is mere experience. Man perceives the world within the waking/dream. Thus waking and dream are mere experiences. Thus one has to trace the formless experiencer [witness] which experiences the waking/dream as a whole to unfold the mystery of the mind/'I'.
There is only the Mind which contains the whole universe." The individual exist within the universe which is nothing but mind. Thus it is necessary to reduce the whole experience of diversity as mind to move beyond the mind mentally. Thus seeker has to reduce the waking /dream experiences as mind. Then only it is possible to reduce mind to Ataman/spirit.
Whoever inquires on the base of `I', they become conscious of half truth; whoever inquires on the base of the soul as self, will get the full truth and realization.

Think and think
The Unconsciousness can only be a consciousness without objects; otherwise it has no meaning. Therefore it is really consciousness, which can exit with or without the objective awareness.
That which one knows best in the world, that which is nearest to him, that of which he can never be free, the existence of which is certain, is his consciousness. He may doubt anything else but he directly perceives his- self, which is consciousness.
No one so far has even been able to define the meaning of 'mind' and 'consciousness. Only through inquiry, analysis and reasoning on the true base to realize the fact that waking/dream are mental states. The truth is hidden in waking, dream and sleep--which come and go.
Before any of the states come in, there must have been the self/soul. Before one could know that God created world, the true self/soul must witness the waking experience.
The man, god and world are reality within the waking experience. Without the waking experience they are non-existent. Illustration is dream, the dream contains the dream world, dream entity, god. Similarly the waking experience contains the waking entity, and waking world and god etc.

The mind eludes measurement; therefore it cannot be studied or analyzed with scientific instruments as science does with other physical things. But the scientific method can be applied to it apart from scientific measurement. The scientist is not aware of the fact that, he is searching within the mind, for the mind, with his mind.
Whatever object he is aware of within the waking experience is the mind itself, everything in the waking/dream is nothing but mind. If there is no mind, then there is no experience. If there is no experience then there is no waking/dream. If there is no waking /dream, then there is nothing but non dual Ataman, the true self.
No one knows the length and breadth of the mind. One does not know where it begins or ends. One cannot say where it stops. No one has seen their own mind, or others mind. Yet everyone talk of my mind, his mind, as though each mind was tagged and separated.
The mind is not limited; one cannot measure it or allot it to separate individuals; that it is everywhere because the whole waking/dream is nothing but mind.

Is one's mind within his body or vice versa? If one says his mind is within the brain that implies he has seen and measured it, which is a lie. No one has ever seen a mind. One may say, however, that every man has got his own thoughts, his own ideas, which are not in another man's mind, but Mind itself is all one, though thoughts may be many. It is impossible to individualize the mind, as everyone claims as my mind and his mind. Everyone exists in each others mind.
Whole world, mountains, oceans, towns, people and there individual experiences are within Mind, which appear and disappear as waking/dream. Imaginations are thoughts which arise by an individual's effort within the waking/dream: whereas waking/dream are those which come and go of their own accord. One knows only his consciousness. He never knows any other man's mind.
The origin of Consciousness is something no one can discover, because one has to indulge in mental journey and realize the fact that, the whole objective awareness is nothing but consciousness which is called self/soul/Ataman.
When and how consciousness comes and when and how it goes cannot be seen. Because one is ignorant of the fact that, the consciousness itself is true self, and he is searching for consciousness from which the waking/dream erupts. He does not identify its true nature in deep sleep, because he takes the three states as his own physical experience. He does not even know his body, and the world are created out of consciousness and the consciousness is the substance of his physical existence. The consciousness which is the true self/soul/Ataman is the ultimate reality /truth.

One has to become aware of the fact that the ego, body, world or whatever seen, known, belived and experienced is nothing but mind/'I'. If mind/'I', is there the ego, body, world or whatever seen, known, belived and experienced is there. Absent of mind/'I', absent of all these. Thus it is necessary to reduce mentally, the whole waking experience into mind. Then only it is possible to reduce the mind into Ataman/spirit. Therefore, it is necessary to understand: "What is mind? and "What is substance the mind?, in order to unfold the mystery of the duality.
The inherited conditioning of old taught and belief patterns which one does not want give up. Seeker must remain open and receptive and ready to accept for change to progress beyond all that inherited programming.
Seeker should not blindly accept anything without verifying the validity of any claims made in the F.S messages, but verify for himself all the facts by deeper thinking, and making sure what is said in the messages in un-contradictable truth. Then only accept it as truth. Deeper thinking is very essential which eradicates the old thinking pattern and inner revelation will reveal the truth one will be able to burn all the accumulated physical based dross. The wisdom does not dawn by discussing arguing, but when one starts thinking deeply, then only he will find the formless path to his non dual destination.
Seeker need s to do his own home work constantly reflecting on the F.S messages until the subconscious start replacing the old pattern of thinking faculty based on the `I'[form] as self to soul [formless]as self. Only serious seekers will be able to reach this state, others find it hard, because they are not ready yet.
The soul is always there waiting for everyone to focus there attention on it, but everyone is immersed themselves their own theory and imagination of truth, thus they are blind without the blindness.
