The birth, life, death and the world are reality within the false experience then the theory of rebirth and reincarnation is reality within the illusion.

The sun has risen countless times; one may say it will rise again the next day, but is not absolute truth. One infers it. It is merely logical and suited for adoption for practical purposes within the practical world; but there is no certainty possible in any prediction.

Doubt is valuable because it leads to asking questions and thus to inquiry. Existence of doubt makes on seek Gnana; if one kills all thoughts and all doubts, as mystic does he will never seek or find truth as the question will not arise.  Without proving the fact nothing has to be accepted as truth.

The ultimate Truth should not only be known but it should be proved, verified. Advaita does not prove that there is ONE! It proves that there is no second thing. Vedanta starts with no assumption whatever but proved every step taken, it does not even start with assumption that Brahman exists; the discovery of the existence of Brahman comes only at the end of our inquiry and not at the beginning. The path of wisdom is a path of verification for every tenet; one needs proof, not poetry.

Some thinker started with one substance and some with the Absolute; but where is the proof of the existence of this one or the Absolute. Hence they started with assumptions; whereas Advaita starts with no assumption whatever but proved every step taken, it does not even start with assumption that Brahman exists; the discovery of the existence of Brahman comes only at the end of soulcentric inquiry and reasoning and not at the beginning.

The rebirth and reincarnation theory is based on the false self because the self is birthless and deathless because it is formless.  The self is not the  one, which is born, live and dies in the illusory  world.

The birth, life, death and the world  are reality within the false experience then the theory of  rebirth and reincarnation is reality within the illusion.   Since, man is immersed himself in believing the duality as reality, he is unaware of the ultimate truth or Brahman.

When the seeker discovers the fact that,  the waking entity the false self within the false experience (waking) then he  realizes the formless soul,  which witness the coming and going of the three states is the true self.   When the seeker learns to view and judge the three states on the base of the soul, then the ignorance drops.  When ignorance   drops then he becomes aware of the fact that, the three states are mere mirage created sustained and finally dissolves as soul, which is in the form of the spirit or consciousness.

Names and forms are part of the false experience. Origin of the false experience is the soul. The soul is the formless substance and witness of the three states.  Without the formless witness, the false experience ceases to exist. Therefore, the false self(waking entity or ego)  has to realze it itself is not the  self in order to overcome the duality.
