The thoughts and the thinker and the world are present only in the realm of duality

By watching the thoughts wisdom will not dawn. The thoughts and the thinker and the world are present only in the realm of duality. The thoughts appear to the thinker, which is the waking entity.  Thoughts and thinker and the world are nothing to do with the soul, the innermost self because the soul is formless whereas the thinker is the form.   Without the thinker the thoughts will not form.  To form the thought, form, time and space is very much necessary. Without the form, time and space, the thinker, thought and the world cease to exist. In the realm of truth the form, time and space are one in essence.

A firm conviction that, body, ego and the experience of the world are one in essence and that essence is consciousness leads to self-awareness. A firm conviction arises when one drops all accumulated knowledge and discriminates between real (soul) and unreal (mind or universe).

To realize Brahman is not easy. One has to mentally reject the physical awareness (form, time and space) by perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘what is untruth’. Without knowing what is truth’ it is impossible to reject the untruth. Till one holds the form, time and space as reality it is impossible to realize the ultimate truth of Brahman.  Realization of the fact that, the form, time and space are one in essence leads to Self-awareness.

All the activities within the waking experience, is nothing to do with the soul, the innermost self.  The soul, the innermost self is birthless whereas the waking entity (you) is bound by birth, life, death and the world.

All the activities within the dream, is nothing to do with the soul, the innermost self.  The soul, the innermost self is birthless whereas the dream entity   is bound by birth, life, death and the world.  The dream becomes unreal when waking takes place same way the waking becomes unreal when the soul, the innermost self remains in its own awareness.

The soul remains in its own awareness unconsciously in deep sleep and consciously when the wisdom dawns.

Thus the soul, the innermost self is nothing to do with   the three states because the soul, the innermost self is only the formless substance and witness of the coming and going of the three states.  In reality the formless substance and witness of the three states are one in essence. That essence is consciousness. Thus all the three states are of the same substance. Hence there is no second thing exists other than consciousness.  Thus consciousness is ultimate truth or Brahman.
