On Non-dualistic perspective there is neither illusion
nor delusion. The form, time and space are part of the duality, which is mere
an illusion. There is no such delusion in the realm of Non-dualistic reality
because form, time and space are one in essence. That essence is the soul,
which is present in the form of consciousness. The consciousness is ultimate
truth or Brahman because there is no second thing exist other than
consciousness. --FORMLESS PATH
The waking is also a dream. And life within the waking is outcome of illusion caused by the ignorance of the soul, the innermost self. the soul is present in the form of consciousness. If one becomes aware of this fact, he would then realize there is only consciousness as the very substratum of truth. Thus the waking, dream and deep sleep are of the same stuff, which is consciousness.
In dream so many things have been created, therefore, it is clear that the soul, or consciousness can bring entire waking creation also in to existence. The names and forms within the waking or dream create division in the consciousness and appear to be different. However, the substance of the both is the same. Thus, the individual including the whole universe is formless consciousness. The three states are created, sustained, witnessed by the soul or consciousness ; therefore, the soul is the true self. There is no second thing exists other then the soul or consciousness . Knowing this truth is brings unity in diversity.
The
duality is present only when form, time and space are present. The form, time
and space are one in essence. The ego, body and the world are one in
essence. That essence is consciousness.
Thus there is no division in consciousness in reality. The thinker, thought and the world are one in
essence (soul or consciousness). The one who has realized the soul is the true self
will not see the illusory division even though he is in the midst of duality. A
Gnani is fully aware of the fact that, his body, his ego and his experience of
the world are mere mirage created out of consciousness whereas the ignorant
thinks that, the experience of the birth, life, death and the world as reality.
Because ignorant bases himself on the waking entity (ego), which is the false
self within the false experience (waking).
So long as one is in the realm of
duality, one has to explain how or why one thing came from another; and
contradictory views are expressed. But when a Gnani shows there is no second,
there is no production, and the contradictions do not arise at all, when the
ultimate thing is consciousness alone. Thus consciousness is ultimate truth or
Brahman.
